From what I can see 90% of the community is using 70 (default) FOV and this FOV might not be right for you...
Here is what I have observed and what I think the right FOV is for your play style:
80 (FOV Top: 0.89 FOV Left: 1.58)
This is for more CQC fighters
Used by a known player: @Haych
Pros: Easy to spray, Can see over/around most walls, good fro spotting in ifrits, good for CQC (0m-75m)
Cons: Harder to hit longer range shots, Third person camera can get aids in buildings (some times)
70 (FOV Top: 0.75 FOV Left: 1.33)
This is for the average mid/CQC fighters
Used by some well known players such as: @OLL13, @Tom, @Tiger, @Walt Jr., @Bikstok (+Many more)
Pros: Good for mid-long range sniping, good CQC (0m-75m), Average Recoil.
Cons: Still a struggle to hit longer range shots at a consistent rate.
60 (FOV Top: 0.63 FOV Left 1.12)
This is used for Mid/Long range/CQC (if you mouse buttons #4 & #5)
Used by some well known players such as: @pete, @Jimbo!
Pros: Very good for longer ranged shots (500m+), Very good for medium range shots (200m-400m), Good for spotting enemies at longer range
Cons: Aids in CQC (if you don't have mouse buttons #4 & #5), Spraying in Magnified scope requires alot more skill, Harder to spot enemies around corners & over walls
If you still haven't decided just stick to 70
