  1. 1. Scared / too lazy (not their fault they don't get paid) to add new things, IMO this happened after house weed because of how significantly it effected the economy but its not that hard to see if things are going to be balanced or not. Also this is the simplest way to incite people to return to the server.

    2. There is too much reluctance to do the simplest things like adding vehicles or removing money making methods that don't get used like LSD for new ones to attract old and new players. (on another note, there is too many things in the middle of the map which causes everyone to sit in cities which just isn't fun for anything (cop, civ fights, medic)

    3. There is no vision or plan for the future

    4. It became way too easy to rank up in the community/ there are too many admins. Admins that barely understand the rules or nitpick at the most simple situations for whatever reason. Things that would never have never been considered ban-able a few years ago are now ban-able (depending on the admin you talk to because they seem to have read different rule books).

Add a lockpick set or tool that makes lockpicking have a higher chance of unlocking, also make them more expensive ($800-1400) or lock them behind an infamy talent or the normal grease monkey talent. The upgraded locks on vehicles are so hard to unlock its consistently taking 10-20 lockpicks. Would be nice to have something to make it have a higher percent chance even if its expensive. I understand that its the whole point of hardened locks but an average of 15 lock picks is absurd.

     

    Could also make them reusable or something along those lines but it might become too overpowered.

    The jet doesn't have the hook, its disabled on the server

    That would be cool but I believe that their intent with adding house repairs was to benefit medics. Still it would be nice to repair houses you have keys to or gang houses

    ^ True, IMO  If you have perm keys to a house you should be able to request repair on it as well as gang houses. It benefits everyone medics get work, civs don't have to wait 4 hours to get access to a house they have their stuff in.

    Add a feature allowing gang members to request repairs on their gang house. Similar to the current house repairs, give the player an option to repair the gang house. Currently, the gang leader/house owner is the only one who is able to repair the gang house.

     

    How it works:

     

    Any gang rank should be able to do it. When the person presses the request button, a menu, like the house buying menu, asks whether they want to pay with the gang money or their personal account.

    Ranks 3 > should have the option to pay using the gang bank to pay for the repair. 
    Ranks 3 < can repair using their funds (to keep gang access limited)

    Or if it just had other more challenging runways, in general the pay out is so garbage. Even adding drug runner with jets where its higher risk like 30k if u crash but it gives double the cash
