    I didn't know you guys took the money. I guess you can mark this as resolved, then. As long as they don't get to keep the money, I don't care, but I think that you should definitely punish them with more than taking the bounty. Just remove like the bounty amount times two, and that'll definitely stop people from trying to RDM huge bounties as they'll just lose out like 100-200k.

    The Following Charges are NO LONGER STACKABLE
    Weapon Trafficking - Now a $5,000 charge
    This charge is applied when an Individual is in possession of 3 or more weapons that exceed the limit of Personal Use.
    Possession of Federal Reserve Gold (Gold Bars) - Now a $15,000 charge
    This charge is applied when an individual is in possession of gold bars
    Money Laundering- Now a $10,000 charge
    This charge is applied when an individual is in the possession of Banded Bank Notes
    Policy regarding event vehicles
    Any legal server spawned vehicle will have the following policy in place.
    Shipping, Evidence, Mental, Jewelry vehicles are all standardized to
    1 minute all clear to seize, or 3 minute APD control to drive to the nearest HQ.
    Any Illegal server spawned vehicle will have the following policy in place.
    Example - Jewelry/Shipping Minigun Quillin -
    1 minute all clear to seize, or 3 minute APD control for an LT+ to drive to the nearest HQ.
    APD VEHICLE Update 
    The Marid has been replaced with the Marshal. The Marshal will follow all previous policy of the Marid.
    CPL+  can Utilize the APD Rhib Boat which can be Purchased at Boat Shop (This falls under standard vehicle use policy)

    Since implementing upkeep two months ago, we have witnessed a significant increase in the number of houses returning to the market after extended periods of stagnation. Despite hundreds of houses going back on the market, there has actually been a 5% rise in the overall number of homes now owned by asylum players. This increase is beneficial as it demonstrates that active members of the community are making better use of these houses. We have increased storage in commonly used gang/group houses.     Suicide Vests:
    Suicide vests no longer require initiation to detonate in crowded areas or to save a captured gang member. If seen wearing a suicide vest you may be shot on sight by any player without initiation.  Added to Housing:
    Players who are logging in with the sole purpose of keeping houses without actually playing, risk their homes being removed with a warning. Accounts will be reviewed by Senior Admins to determine if the player is playing the bare minimum to maintain properties. ( After 2 months of low activity you will be contacted ) Added to Exploiting:
    Using Advanced Flight Model to fast spool a helicopter, regardless of the situation will be considered an exploit. Shooting the back of Quilins to cause them to explode Property Protection:
    Attempting to destroy/steal a player's property/vehicle opens you/your group up to one way initiation with the opposing group. Attempting to destroy a player owned home only grants the homeowner one way initiation with you and your group - This does not apply to group/gang members houses or houses you have keys to. The gang spawn building is excluded and all gang members are able to protect this property. Groups
    Guessing a groups password to join and betray them is not against server rules. Your group should be more secure. (Not an update just a clarification)

    Civilians found in possession of Henbane Plants are to be charged with Possession of PCP
    Civilians found in possession of PCP Pill Sheets are to be charged with Possession of Purified LSD/PCP sheets
    Cartel event:
    While a cartel event is active the APD may only enter if in active and visual pursuit 
    Captains are not permitted to raid an active cartel event

    That being said, now that we have the old man in the grave...it is time to get to work.
    To the Community:
    I, like the majority of you, would like to see the Asylum community make it to ARMA 4. That is going to take some work and effort. We, the player base, APD, AFD, Support, Admins, Senior Admins, and Developers, need to get through this together. Literally the only way we can make Asylum last until ARMA 4. We all want to see it, lets make it happen.
    Thank you all for your past, present, and future contributions. Without everyone volunteering their skills, donating, and endless in server hours this place would have died long ago.
    I look forward to seeing were we can take Asylum together and over the coming years.
