With the recent additions of the Armed Quillin and Jeep I think we should have the Speedboat Minigun (Without the explosive ammo). Like its a 6.5mm minigun so not too op. I mean it also has like a explosive shooting thing which is like too much but like just dont add in ammo for that in and we're gucci. just think about it, kavala hq right there in the water, i roll up in a motorboat and JUST SPRAAAYY!!!!! itll be beautiful, pls add. make it like 100k and i'd still buy it.

You dont think this will be abused? Farmville robs the bank 5 officers respond 2 die immediately and respawn air hq and head straight to donor. Poor old steve on Construction gets lethaled and respawns donor only to be met by dickhead 1 and 2 and he now waste up to 1hr being processed. Dickhead 1 and 2 just made 75k for respawning

Not really a cartel suggestion but it would be better if Zaros would allow people to gather more/faster materials found in Mines.These includes Phoporus/Hydrogen Sulphate/Mineral yield quarry/High yield quarry.

Buff the Orca glass.
Orcas are not only used by rebels, they are used by cops and even bounty hunters sometimes. If you buff the Orca glass it will be easier for cops to counter banks or feds and prisons as well. Part of the reason the bank is rebel sided is because the cops can't land an orca on top of the bank roof without getting half or more of the people in it shot out. They are still very expensive to buy or craft for how much utility they offer. If they intend to keep the price where it is the price should match the utility.
