Im pretty sure the downing script works with ammo, this means a bounty hunter would be able to buy the mxsw and fill his house, then get downing ammo from skip. This would actually be a buff for bounty hunters not rebels

They could add it back but make it so only people worth 25k or less can be eligible for it. This will help new players that cant afford a ticket

What they could have done was add the electric bill, but only for inactive players. For example they could make it so if you play less then 20 hours a month, you pay a big electric bill fee (maybe have it scale with the amount of time you have been on). This will only hurt players that are taking up the good houses without playing. (They would keep the 30 days house removal as well)

I never understood that mechanic, all it does is make someone turn themselves in to a cop so they can be sent to jail. This just creates free money for whoever gets to arrest them

this is a NA server with some European players, you wont find anyone on at 4AM NA time and 10AM Europe time Peek time is between 6pm and 12pm EST

Doesnt every bounty hunter have both perks? its only 500 honour... and if you have maxed out you still have 5 slots to put in the other tree. This change would only affect 1% of bounty hunters that likely cant even afford the mx or spar...

No you cant, this is because maybe you think he was rdmed, but he might have sent them a message or was already inniated. And if you have no way of getting in contact with them, why would YOU be the one getting comped?

I dont see the problem with this, if you camping its because your a bad player. Just make it so its a long animation and it tells the player the door is being broken, if you cant kill someone in a animation, maybe you should get better
