Exactly, maybe some people wanna fight for the leader boards, i dunno. What's the point of money if you cant spend it, or not, how the fuck you see fit. I've played several thousands of hours on this server/servers, been here since 2015, its my fucking money, if your jealous there is a solution, put in some god damn hours, and grind your balls off, People who have busted there god damn asses getting cash should not be punished PERIOD!
any one bitching about people with more cash them the, prolly does it in the real world also so, FUCK YOU POOR BASTARDS, stop being lazy and do werk!

How about we just don't do this shit at all and find another way to address hording houses, cause this is not the right way to do it for sure. Bad enough someone pays 5mil for a home then gotta spend 1mil a month in upkeep.  (No Idea the actual price haven't been on in around a month.)

Good to see, looking forward to seeing the revised system

What they could have done was add the electric bill, but only for inactive players. For example they could make it so if you play less then 20 hours a month, you pay a big electric bill fee. This will only hurt players that are taking up the good houses without playing. (They would keep the 30 days house removal as well)

These people spent hours upon hours grinding and grinding to get #1 or #2 spot. Why is this a bad thing that Asylum is trying to address?
Yes they have money. Are they going to spend it? Doesn't look like it. The way I see it, money is pointless if you don't spend it. But some people don't see it that way. So why all of the sudden this has become a problem? Just curious.

This would be expensive for me than before.  I'm not seeing how this is more fair?  The only people who would benefit from such changes are people doing crypto
I rather there be no electric bills unless you're doing crypto.  The housing system is a lot worse now and that is disappointing.  I think there is ways you could tackle the housing problem without forcing everyone to play the game in a way they don't want to

I agree on the charges but, Also allow being able to remove upgrades. I upgraded my house just to fully upgrade it and now I see it would save money not to have the upgrade lol.

Still feel like it doesn't address any core issues. Even if I keep playing the same amount (which is probably still a lot by normal standards, lower than the average you seem to want to be playing) I'll still hold onto the same houses forever? Someone could theoretically just pay the bill on one house whenever he feels like playing for a whole hour a month and the same issue will still exist. It seems like people who play consistently but not an absolute ton or not in the 'intended' way of playing purely to grind money every day are being punished. I feel like people may potentially play less as a whole since its only really worth it to pay the bills if you intend to spend a lot of time on in a given week. Don't really see how it deals with the inflation of money on the server either. I agree that there should be some type of running maintenance cost and way to force people to engage with the server, but not sure if this is quite the right direction. Feels more off-putting to someone like me who mainly plays casually, personally.

This is worse than before lol. I don't understand why you guys even added this in the first place. Nothing happens after not paying your bills except that you can't use the house, so what? The people this update was probably intended for, it won't hurt them at all. If you guys want more houses to be listed to market this was in all honestly a shitty way of going about it. Why not instead go after the people that have <10 hours each month for the past year and wipe those guys? It would make no sense to let them keep their houses after that long.

I think a lot of people that are worrying about the new players on the server are the same ones who's goal it is to fuck them over when their on the server.
    Moving on
I understand the change was a shock to everyone. But it was clear from my end that the server does have a ton of money on it. I see above people complaining about having to do 1 run of something to cover the cost of holding a house? What are you supposed to do on a life server then? Surly there is more than just standing around in a town.
But fret not, it's being adjusted and reworked to account for the feedback we have received. I hope that the next change to it is better received.
However if you don't want to pay to keep a house on your account. There are up to 900 other people a day who play the server that may be up for the responsibility to maintain the ownership..I encourage you to review your housing needs and make adjustments where needed.
Stay tuned for a hot fix that addresses some of the concerns you guys have brought up.

45k each house every week I don't even use electric in the house. Should only apply to people mining crypto.

I have 0 houses that have the pc upgrade I wasn’t on that much this week and still had to pay 45k for each of my houses. Having to pay a shit ton of money for these houses then losing 50k a week for each house you have shouldn’t be a thing and needs to be nerfed
  23. 808state liked a post in a topic by SuperfarvaOG in Electric bills.
    its 45k
there was zero warning about the upgrade alone (zero pcs') raising the cost 120k.
its not about affording anything in my opinion. Its about grind to fun ratio.
Anyone who has a house has grinded for it in some aspect.
Anyone who has stocked there house full of weapons has grinded in some aspect.
Anyone who has accumulated cash has grinded in some aspect.
The point being, we have all grinded for what we have, we shouldn't have to grind to keep it, or use it (aside from the normal vehicle pull fee.)
I see nothing wrong for charging an electric bill (within reason) for those who are actively mining crypto.
I just do not see the logic behind charging us for all that we already grinded. There has not been a housing problem.
There is always a house to buy for new players etc. Maybe not the house they want but no one start in paradise.
