Cartels can be fun, but they get really boring. RP'ing on asylum never gets boring. I've played so many games and Arma 3 is the only game i've had where i've spend 2k+ hours on.. and that's 95% on asylum. I dont edit my videos but skip the first 2 minutes. I run into these kind of situations all the time.
I have this one video where we were just watching this group of guys at a gas station, all civ stripes with rooks. And they ended up just trading with each other 4 guys dead was pretty funny

you have people trying to rob/kill at every corner. Honestly, find a group of people just standing around ask to tag along. Or you could just make friends via rp. Get a gun, hold them hostage and force them to be your friend.

Well i legit hate sniping in general on arma don't have the patience for it and during banks while most people like playing sniper elite i just rush in and it turns out to work pretty well
This is also why less people should snipe during banks
ofcourse i got lucky it wasnt synergy doing it then again had a few funny encounters with them during banks / prisons for example :
i thought the guy was desyncing he thought i was with them LOL

Most experienced players will know what this is and will know how to use it to its full ability. I still don't get why it hasn't been removed from the server. Having a option to find out where players and vehicles are without having eyes on them. This is the most ridiculous thing i've seen on a server that cares so much about balancing.
For people who don't know what this is, if you have group leader, you can target players using your group lead functions. For example if someone is trying to flank you/ sneakily push up, that player will appear on the group leaders target giving them a exact distance and bearing, there is also the odd chance of that player getting boxed, which is essentially like having 'esp'. Its near impossible to sneak/flank if you're up against a team who knows how to use it. Believe me, we use it every fight and its the most over powered thing you can do. It makes it so easy to get exact markers on snipers and people trying to push or work a flank because we know where they are at all times.
Sure I like using it, it makes finding people easy, but do we really want this in the server?
Now for anyone who says this can't be removed, it can. The only people who will disagree with this, is the players who need such advantages to do well.
