    I think its a problem when smoke fights are 99% based on what names you can see using tilde, and 1% actually seeing a player's body and shooting at them. Like you said it is literally just a tilde AHK fight and whoever sees a name pop up in the smoke first gets the kill. Reducing blur would definitely be a step in the right direction. IMO ifrit smokes should just be removed until somebody finds a reasonable way to prevent smoke exploiting, but obviously that would never happen because then everybody would just roach outside of the cap with free shots on people fighting it. I am starting to think that this 8+ year old mil-sim game was never intended for a domination type format with people fighting in literal clouds of ifrit smoke lol

    I think the only way unbanning cheaters should even be considered is if the ban is at least 2-3+ years old already and they have minimal history of cheating on Arma (like no more than 1 cheating ban across all servers).  Usually if someone cheats they are just at the point where they don't care about the game or care about getting banned on it. I cheated on like 10 different CSGO accounts and I know if all of those were suddenly unbanned I would just do it again because I don't care about the game lol. Although there are people that I don't think would cheat again such as @Nomadox and a few others, but I don't think a mass unban wave for cheaters would be a good idea. There are spinners still playing as is.

    I'm glad you acknowledge the evident bias each individual admin has. I think that is the sole reason why people look at asylum as one of the worst administrated game servers across not only Arma but really any other game as well. I am not talking about you specifically as I personally have never had an issue with you, but I think that admin's egos and personal bias are really the barrier between enforcing rules unfairly vs enforcing rules fairly. I have had admins deliberately not respond to my appeals until AFTER the ban expired, literal week bans lol. Additionally, I was permanently banned for typing in side chat "You smell like the sea", without any type of warning by the way. Yes that actually happened and there really is no context besides a side chat argument, the ban stuck for 4+ months. It really doesn't help that asylum runs off of a guilty until proven innocent motto either. I think chrome's idea is something that should be considered and would undoubtedly resolve some of the issues:

    I make a report here with the details. Admin respond and then tag the player and give him a chance to explain or show his pov of the situation. And even the players can discuss If u want comp and resolve the situation them self.

    If no respond is given then u Ban the player. 

    With this alot of people that would have been banned unfairly are given a chance to explain and still be able to play instead of getting banned and not being able to play until a admin respond to their supportricket.

    Sneeze were our good allies but I must say PPG is topped by none with the possible exception of our counterpart, the Kawaii Killer Kitties.
