New Lifetimes

Add some new lifetime quests with bounty hunter. Ex: Make 100k off arresting targets, Make 1mil 10mil etc. Or arrest x amount of people ur in a gang war with. and add some that give u vehicles. Like buy 10 Orca's and the reward is a title called shamu or something

Get "Beached Whale" title if you kill @Innate 10 times

For the 10mil from arresting bounties, maybe increase the number of honor talents cap by 3 as a possible reward? Instead of a mxm

Reward: Gold bars and Gold nuggets sell for 60k and 40k and gives u better odds at winning the lottery

Req: metal detect 5000 times

reward: 5 gold nuggets and metal detect 15% faster

 

I don’t expect all these to be added/all the rewards to be considered balanced but I think for the most part they are. I can see some tweaking here and there for the rewards but I tried to make them flexible
