    Blindfolds 
    -Allow corporal+ to blindfold restrained suspects above 150k to prevent suicide vesting or other attacking in transit to hq
    Lakka, Kavala, Paros checkpoints
    - allow the sign used to pull vehicles to have a Redeploy option for fed events
    -Have a sign with the option to "set up checkpoint" that would cost like 40k and would spawn 2 apd hatchbacks as well as possibly some  barriers and maybe lights to show the checkpoint is manned. This could also enable items to be seized into evidence  and people to be sent to jail similar to a mobile hq. Having another option to "deactivate checkpoint" to remove all the walls and such would also be great in case officers need to quickly redeploy for fed events.

    All jokes aside we could have parole only allowed to be given to the (new player) tags or anyone that has >100k in their bank account

    Due to fed spamming it is often hard for people to patrol cities and illegal areas or cadets to do mock ridealongs / experiencing the server and learning whenever a larger gang is online
    If we could add 3 or so Patrol cop slots that any rank would be able to use that did not count towards cops online required for feds but any cop on that slot cannot attend a fed event and must only use it to patrol other areas i think it would make people more likely to have a better experience especially if they are not interested in multiple 10-30 minute fights back to back to back 
    This could backfire in the sense that it will be harder to pop fed events late night or with low pop but we could not allow people to use the slots unless 5-7 officers are already online 
    this could also increase cop response time to fed events because non patrol only officers could dump processing off to a patrol officer and redeploy immediately

    Recently with the uptick in fed events its become more and more apparent that certain groups will start feds with 1-2 people and have 10 more show up in an orca a minute later. If possible could it be made so that either...
    -- Each fed event has a designated amount of swat slots
    -- swat pops after a certain number of civs are detected near the fed if it doesn't pop immediately 
    -- a baseline of 3 slots per fed event and increased slots if there are a larger number of civs
    -- have a time mid event where it recalculated how many people are there to allow for slots
    I have been made aware that swat evading is exploiting however its difficult to prove from a cop perspective of it because by the time we do our first push the whole gang is there

    The amount of times ive been sprayed out of a hunter from 300m away right as i leave the spawn zone then have to wait an extra 30 seconds is amazing. Not to mention the amount of times ive had to exploit a way to kill myself so i can get back, or have to alt f4 to get back is crazy. Get rid of the delay please!
