    Right now I think weapon sway may be a little to strong. Ive heard the argument against it being that it takes skill to deal with high sway which I disagree with because the weapon sway just makes people wanna play sniper elite and makes the more aggressive player be put at a disadvantage. I dont think it should be lowered to Olympus levels as I think thats a little to low but I think as is its just a little to high.
    (This is my opinion as a play and not as staff in any way)

    We have decided to leave it as is. Work went into making them rotate and i don't want to un-do that.
    While OG/Church might be your favorites other players opinion may differ and they should have equal opportunity to get the caps they want as well.

    The event team is looking into a event that police can start similarly to shipping or other federal events.
    We are looking for some input from the community on how this would work.
    A few questions that need to be answered are:
    Where would the event take place?
    What is the goal for the APD in this event?
    What should the payout be?
    Would there be any specific rules for the event?
     
    Any feedback would be helpful, Thankyou

    It is not removable, even when trying to script it off.

    Basically hits harder than a MXM, In testing its only a couple more dmg vs armored opponent. 
    Has better accuracy at range than MXM. Obv no recoil when bi-podded. When not bi-podded its pretty much the same as an MXM.
    While it is single fire it can be spam clicked faster than an MK. 

    I don't really know how to slot this weapon in. In my mind its essentially an MXM. 

    Can't give it to BH's as the current stance is no MXM's for BH.
    I don't think it should go to APD as i dont want to encourage sniper elite.

    As for rebels i have no idea why they would want to use this gun unless theirs somthing im missing. Just pick up an MK....

    First off to address "Who decided having two things that are pretty much the same was a good idea?", well the same could be said for gang turfs. (also the two gangboat/fort locations alternate every wed-sun, sun-wed.
    Second, the idea of gangfort moving around to other locations isn't a bad idea, however I feel as if any other location the gangfort/boat would be moved to would either be too far from anything and be either too remote or be an instant respawn to federal events. 
    The gangfort/boat locations are fine as of now, and I don't think that should be the main topic of discussion, rather we should be pushing for the implementation of a new way of capturing the gang boat. The gangboat has been a part of the server for quite some time now and I have not seen anything game breaking, as a comparison the gangboat is similar to having a temporary gang house on arms island which many gangs already have. If you want to control the cartels and have an advantage in doing so then you should focus your efforts toward controlling the gangboat.

    I feel like 1 minute is a bit exaggerated but I do see what you mean. My only thing is I feel like that is one of the biggest reasons people fight for it. When fighting you risk losing multiple kits and vehicles to obtain it. It is still very easy to camp which happens very often by gangs that are fighting the caps. I feel like if you spend money fighting something like this then yea I think you should be able to get back to the caps just a little bit faster then another group.

    We will be looking into something regarding this in the future, currently working on a few other projects. If this does happen it will take a few months to appropriately set everything up on the dev side of things and to give us ample time as the event team to make sure it will run smoothly.  If you have any specific ideas of how it should be ran feel free to comment further.

    There will be a selection process decided upon by the SAs to pick what gangs get the slots.

    -Initial purchase price for design and implementation
    -Cheaper reoccurring monthly fee
    -Monthly fee must be paid to keep slot and if unpaid the slot would open up to selection for a new gang

    TBH the comparison to shedding being the same thing as one magging a Quilin is not a good comparison. One you have to lockpick the vehicle go out of your way to find a shed, have a ride back to your vehicle or be close to a garage while one magging a Quilin takes 2 seconds to do.
