    I was streaming one night when all of a sudden my Twitch Inspector thing was like OHHH NO UNSTABLE!! I blew it off because I have shit internet, so I was like I'ma just go to sleep, wake up, and stream the next day. I wake up the next day, the internet is still shit so I'm like okay maybe it's just this weekend. Unfortunately, I was wrong it's now Monday and my internet is still complete shit so I thought it was like this for everyone in my house so I called up the ISP and they said they hard reset the modem from their side and sent a new signal of turbo internet, but even after this my internet was still shit. I was like fuck man what could this be so I had my brother run an internet test and he was literally getting double my speed for some odd reason. Even, when testing the internet while connected on my phone it got nearly double my speed from my computer. I'm wondering if any of you know a fix to this, I wanna stream :(

    Things to know:

    I'm using an Ethernet Cable

    My ISP is Spectrum (TWC)

    This all began Saturday around midnight

    The PC I have is nearly 1 year old, it's also a prebuilt computer.

    You don't balance payout for a group activity around the break-even price of the group. Because the group can be of drastically different sizes.

    having a gang that consistently wins cartels should be profitable. cartels are asylums end game, and you should be able to make money from it. Do i think you should make 50 million a day? no, but you should at least come out even.

    the problem with this is that they fail to realize their "improvements" are not working. its almost as if they dont want to admit that they are capable of making bad decisions. they would rather spend 3 months trying to jimmy rig a fix than admit they fucked up and remove it. money cap for example, they need to just completely remove it, but instead they implement something way more complicated than needed. in 2014/2015 i hated the asylum meta (30v30), but deep down every player yearns for that back

    In all seriousness though, you can say whatever you want as long as its not Racist basically. You might find a Nazi admin (because we have em) that might sperg out about someone saying faggot in game, but most of them probably won't care. This is a VERY light RP server. We have a lot of fun RPing around here, but we don't take it very seriously. Just make sure you're initiating properly if you want to kill someone, and don't say anything racist or threaten to ddos anyone(Cause we'll ban your dumbass for that). Other than that, Have fun!
