    Nope never, but answering my question with a dumber question is so 2016. I do however feel it's a little less gay to touch a dick with your hands than your mouth. It's like holding hands with someone. Slightly intimate but not quite as intimate as putting a penis in your mouth.

    You have the tools to do it, just put two and two together man.
    Re reading this. What makes you think we are tracking 150 constable playtimes for "Corporal Applicants"? Also, we do track Constable playtimes. We have been because there is a constable playtime requirements. There's a reason constables are removed for inactivity? Actually can't tell if you're just clueless to what's going on or you are trolling this suggestion thread.

    quilins/prowlers with doors are mobile tanks so doubt they would add that and never in a million years should zafirs/mar-10 be craftable

    I don't see why we would need this, you could make a group and get the same result but then over the entire map. This just complicates things on a whole other level cause we can.

    I have 5 questions
    1) Can you use illegal drugs while on cop? ex: using weed for the better aim (while weed is illegal)
        - If cops cant use these drugs, can UC cops use these drugs?
    2) For the longest time, the rule around pulling someone out of a car was: If you can pull them out and you are initiated, doesn't matter the circumstances, you are allowed to pull them out. Is this still true when pulling out someone that is auto-hovering 2M above you in a heli (while not downed)

    3) I was told that if you start seizing after the 1 minute is clear, and then the gunfight restarts, you can keep seizing if you had already started. Is this still true?
    4) If you see someone with a illegal weapon in a car, then they get out of the car and you search them and they don't have it, can you search the car they were in? (if they dont have keys to it)
    5) If you have someone in custody, but then you learn that you broke a cop rule to get them into custody (ex: you didn't realize you were talking in group chat and rdmed him) are you allowed to just let him go, to hopefully catch him a other time? (you take his illegal weapon and comp him, but don't pardon him)

    With some planning then yeah, some can see how it could work and they could like the idea of it. I still personally think it would be to much but if I had to argue for it.
    Self lockpicking Handcuffs Very low chance of success. Can not be done with inside a vehicle Needs to consume a lockpick if the suspect has one. Impossible without one. (If cops are neglecting to take your stuff then that's on them and their fault.) Decent time for action, not as fast as lockpicking a car but not super long either. Animation to show action. (Only one I see that would be decent would be the sit cuffed '!e' animation with the lockpicking sound effect) COULD BE!!! An end all scenario. No new charges for trying failing to stop attempting to when asked could waive your right to explain charges with 'disobeying an order from an officer' charges and just get a ticket, followed by jail after the 3rd warning as the charge policy is normally. Successfully escaping but getting restrained again in the same situation could be a straight to jail offense, considered as 'escaping jail' without the actual charge. (Keeps things manageable and fair to a cop(s) efforts while still having that spice and responsibility of supervision. Having an end all outcome to still hold in that fear of arrest that would prevent this addition feeling like abuse.)
     
    Self lockpicking Zipties Slightly higher chance of success. (Zipties arent made of fucking metal after all) Can not be done inside a vehicle Needs to consume a lockpick if the suspect has one. Can attempt to break the zipties without a lockpick. Cop faction always attempt as if they have a lockpick. (Lockpicks aren't really available for cops...) Decent time for action, not as fast as lockpicking a car but not super long either. Takes significantly longer if user is not using a lockpick. Animation to show action. (Only one I see that would be decent would be the sit cuffed '!e' animation with the lockpicking sound effect) COULD BE!!! Considered a noncooperative action If caught trying to break free would be considered enough grounds of RP to be killed if the capturers choose to. (Keeps things fun for civilians and BH restraints. Adding the spice while also leaving the responsibility of supervision rather then yeah just leaving people stranded for 10 minutes preventing the trolling or restraint harassments)

    The only suppressors that should be in asylum should be for the smgs and pistols, right now we have 9mm for cops, I would not be against the idea of .45 suppressors for the pistol and vermin
    Those vehicles you suggest we add are not in the game (PAH-1 and bicycle) and would require mods (unless they make a script to make the go-kart a bicycle and can be picked up and stashed in the inventory) 
    The MQ-Falcon is way too OP, its pretty much the SGT UAV, but will be a lot faster and impossible to break.
    If you want a static 50cal, you can use the 50cal offroad.
    You can get a smoke launcher already with the katiba GL version at rebel

    Can nitrous be added to police HQ items list, so we can purchase it without having to go out of way to a gas station.
    I've seen it used to breach the mental asylum by NOSing an IFRIT over the walls, but luckily there is a gas station directly next to Sophia HQ.

    I understand how simple it is to get it from another place like gas station or market, but so is buying anything in the HQ items list.
