Hey! So I just joined the forums and was accepted so I am assuming that means I can play on the Arma 3 RP servers? I didn't see a civ application section so I'm not sure. I just bought Arma the other day specifically to play RP so this should be fun. I don't know where to download the mod or how to do so, if you can help that would be awesome.

I was thinking since we have sugar plantations on tanoa that we could be able to make candy such as salt water taffy. It would be a relative easy run requiring only refined sugar and salt water since salt water currently as far as I know has no use

I never got awesome fps on arma 3 but I was able to play. now since the update when I get in gun fights im at 12fps! in a cop hatch I get 8fps lol
 
reinstalling arma 3 atm to see if it helps

Well this is my first time making and introduction but at the same time making a farewell post. Its gonna be a long one so if you dont like reading me (not everyone can stand my english) just skip to the last part.
 
Well as I said it was a long one (and I can make it longer but I know 99% of you wont read it so... why would I do it )
I just wanted to say thank you to EVERYONE who made this server/community/experience possible for me. I met a LOT of people ( I'll make a list of names I remember, below) thank you to all the people I met while playing as a Cop and civ and I will always say this "SORRY for my english I tried, I always tried to do my best so you could understand me" also sorry to the whole APD for the same reason. Thank you to the people that made me laugh even if it was for like 10 secs, to the random guys running around kavala doing funny/weird things, to all the trolls in kavala square/town believe me YOU ARE THE SOUL of this game(mod) without you it would be just another cop/criminal game, to the criminals making it funny to the APD/bounty hunters) and civs, to the CIVonly guys playing and farming all day to afford a big truck and getting robbed by a bunch of rebels landing in a helicopter, to the gangs I was part of (4-5 in total) It really meant something for me to be part of a gang . Thank you everyone it is almost 2 years(August) in this comunity and I'll really miss this, In fact I have to confess something I have dreams of some moments ingame thats another reason Im making this post. It really meant something for me being here, I have played games for like 20 years now, I'm 25, and this is one of those games I would never forget like it was back in the 2000s with Diablo2, CS1.6, some years later, WoW, etc etc. THANK YOU
And as I promised I'll list names of people I remember. Im a person who rarely forgets someone if we share cool moments ( I rememer bad guys too but... meh)

just thanks to all the trolls in kavala for the fun, to gangs like  (i), fs4 for making it ertertaining and challenging to fight you as a rebel or cop, to the rest of LKs we were like 20 online at some point, sad for me I had no time to know you all better, thanks to the rebels who had problems ingame with me or "hated" me or my gang ingame... its just a game  Maybe in another situation and with a better english from my part we could be friends I really felt bad after having problems with some people. Thanks to the admins (some of them) for helping me at some point and (I have to say this) thank you Gnashes for banning me and ignoring my appeals and PMs during all of this time and for killing my gang, no bad feelings... everything happens for a reason (and it was kind of my fault too so.. meh)

For 7.3 we are introducing a new donation rewards system that will run in parallel with our current system - Loot Crates.  
Loot crates will provide skins that are custom or that we have previously removed from the game.  These include clothing, backpacks,  and helmets for now.  We will introduce additional items as time goes by, but for now enjoy your free loot crate key.  Crates can be found through actions such as mining, and are purchasable at the home improvement store and market (they can not be sold back to the NPCs however).  Loot crate keys will be purchasable on My Asylum.  
Once you unlock a skin with the loot crate system, you will be able to purchase that item in game an infinite number of times at the appropriate shop.  The skin is bound to your account, and can not be used by someone who has not unlocked that skin previously.  If you unlock a skin multiple times, you will be able to sell the excess versions of that skin on My Asylum for real world currency.  
Most loot crate rewards should be available to APD members rank 2 and higher, although please adhere to APD policy when using these items.  

Other additions and bug fixes for this patch:  
The rebel outpost will now sell hats Tanoa has had various map tweaks All civilian boat shops on Tanoa will now sell the RHIB The APD should now be able to search players on Tanoa Fixed an issue with the damage handler in relation to cop weapons Fishing should now work again Vehicle spawns at Tanoa air bases should work as intended now The Garage at DP6 on Tanoa is now functional The "Gear Up" function should work for the APD on Tanoa The SPAR 17 is now available for purchase at the rebel outpost Adjusted the vehicle spawns on the Tanoa eastern rebel outpost to accommodate Mohawks Gang wars should now function as expected

Got a Chroma 3 Case in a drop and bought a key. Had no intentions of getting anything good... Skins>Skill

addiction mechanics; the negative and positive outcomes of becoming a drug addict
-all drugs have some kind of beneficial effect to them that is short lived but useful in situations.  Example: marijuana use will grant discounts in stores due to your friendly nature and bartering skills, but the after effects is a gradual decrease in your max stamina.(this is also a good gateway drug for the player base to try the harder drugs)
-harder drugs that are classified as schedule 3 narcotics will have greater benefits, but harsher negative after effects.  Example: cocaine use will grant a boost in stamina for a short duration, but the negative effects are random nose bleeds with a slight loss of HP and of course the cardiac arrest with overuse
-addiction curve of individual drugs, Example:  takes 4 uses of marijuana to become addicted.  where as meth is only one use
-addiction benefits, drugs are cheaper to buy and sold at higher prices according to the drug you're addicted to.  (you have developed connections and built a good reputation and relationship with your dealers)
-addiction is curable, at the hospital for a hefty price, or medics can cure you for cheaper if they have the talent(addiction specialist)
