In my experience, cops lethal out of being salty / gang association. In Drunk Squad, we've been lethal'd even when outnumbered, instantly lethal'd at banks from the very beginning, or lethal'd because cops had to respawn more than 2 times to come fight us. For me, I don't see it as a money thing, it's a tilt-thing.

Hello all,
I have gotten the green light to have the community redesign Wongs and oil cartels. Their locations and set-up can be changed. We can start off with doing 1 location for each. And then we can explore the second locations at a later time. 
If you would like to design something and submit it here. Please do so. I will host a vote of these locations after some time so that the community can vote on this.

It's so good when serious discussions tend to have such constructive and unaggressive comments like the ones you've been enforcing lately - just because your opinion diverges from someone else's.

Buddy the cops spawn behind you with a load out 30 seconds after you kill them. “Go get a group” give me a break, I’m breaking someone out oh HQ not pushing arms. The only HQ where this is a problem is the one with no respawn timer.

It would be a better and a fair fight if the HQ was less exposed and the cops had respawn timer. It is not a matter of having skills to kill the waves of cops, its the fact that does not make it fun.
The fact that kavala hq is very easy to attack is bad thing.
Yesturday, for example, my friend killed 4 cops in kavala hq with an SDAR. He wiped the entire HQ in 20 seconds. He grabbed me and started heading towards the gate to save me when a cop that was killed first spawned right behind him and downed him. Is that fair? where is the fun in that.
