BLUFOR is still very over powered. Considering that corporals above with talents are able to bloodbag LITERALLY faster than a first aid kit.

Wouldn't you be encouraging rebels to fight cops more like this though? Because they get a hard on when they stack that bounty against clueless cops then get pissed when the cops gets paid for killing them when they're somewhere unreachable or they have 10 other rebels near them when they get downed so there's no way for cops to get to them and they just wanna keep getting downed, back up kill some cops then downed again till the cops gets wiped.. I feel like if you remove that you'll be seeing so much worse robocopping to high bounties.

You retards do prison break to kill cops but when you get your ass and ego kicked you cry about it cause they should read you your rights for 10 hours, roleplay with you for 20 then give you 5 tickets, just enough time for your teammates to come escort you and put you in prison church walls so no one can escort you till the 10 minute timers for restrains break so you can reconnect like the top tier gangs do
, maybe the cops doesn't wanna get outplayed by that
