Refering to your comment on me patroling with an armed hawk. That did not happen. Snoop was the one who sent the message and he was just trolling him. At the time the hawk was not armed. I would never do that. Except for one other bank I have only used the hawk this wipe against your gang. 

Clearly this has caused a lot of drama. I am not a toxic person or want to ruin anyones experience. I want people to have fun on the server and stick around. I will pull back my usage of the hawk. I also welcome anyone reading this to feel free and message me when I'm in teamspeak and we can have a constructive talk about any of these issues.

They already have a mobile hq and mk kits. They are matching our guns with more armor and numbers. If they lose that idk how you can say we dont deserve to be rewarded

Here is a fair conclusion for all.

APD shouldn't have to limit numbers on anything.

The Ghost Hawk shouldn't be on the server unless a fair counter is added like a Titan AA.

TItan AA 

150 for Launcher

100 For Rocket

Spend money to make money.

I love when people complain about not winning 100% of the time and when they lose they need to nerf the other side so they can win more.

You have better kits and better vehicles the majority of the time. No one has used the mobile HQ since wipe that Ive seen. No one deserves to win. You want them to drive up in hatchbacks so you can easily pick everyone off so you can get your win? You win the majority of fights yet when you lose you want to nerf the other side so you can win more. Just take the L and go on a practice server to figure out how to deal with it if yall cant.

In most of my post I’ve always advocated for the APD because they truly will always be less skilled than a group of players that constantly play together. But I feel there needs to be a middle ground on how many advantages the APD needs before it becomes too much and just unfun for the rebel side

The best armor constables can have are Hunters and striders and thats only if they are swat and last I checked they are much worse than frits. Captains are the only ones actually able to pull them and in very specific situations. The only person that I ever see pull them is DK as well

Once apd figures out how to actually run a hawk civs are cooked ngl, if the average olympus gunner was running the hawks the server would just be dead already without a titan

how about we start with a titan? you want to pull the hawk? give us a reasonable way to take you down, make it expensive. Otherwise like lucien said its going to eventually get to a point where it nolonger becomes worth doing a fed event because even if we win, its still not fun.

When rebels are losing events, they have to adapt and come up with new ways to counter whatever it is that's causing them to lose, when cops start losing...

Also countless buffs in patches, meanwhile civs get only nerfs patch after patch (there have been a few buffs here and there but this is very rare)

literally this, you want some feedback from the civs/rebels? give us something (titan would be nice) one singular thing to make up for the 10+ policies and patch notes that directly buff the APD. they got a fucking marid for god sakes, what did we get?


On second thought, instead of giving us a titan launcher, why dont you push for a policy change, one single civ orientated (non temporary) apd policy, like maybe it cannot shoot you until its shot at. I hear this rule works very well else where. Or like rando said make it only able to be pulled so many times a week.

its not evening the balance, its giving the apd an extremely powerful weapon that in the right hand could obliterate any gang on any server. I invite you join us for a day and just see how little fun it is sitting in the fed getting torn up like you’re in Fallujah.

Well now keeping players in hard when you are ghost hawking down a group of 12 when there are 18 of you don’t you see where we are coming from? The group cap is what the post is abt tbh it just dosent make any sense. U can’t even expect a gang to have enough numbers to match the APD

You may disagree saying it was an unfair balance but that was its intended purpose. Like I said remove it and remove the ability for fed spamming. Increase the cooldown from what is it 20 minutes? To an hour and increase the payout a bit. Cops dont have to deal with annoying fed spams and you dont have to deal with death from above

so its entire purpose, according to you, is to make all players not have any fun, because God forbid one group has fun and the other doesnt, now nobody has fun. Two wrongs dont make a right, at least before one group could enjoy their time at the fed. (even though when im on cop I love fighting feds all day, its a money printer)

Most cops are constables with an MX, level 2 vest, and CSATs if they buy their best loadout. After the second fed in an hour most are done for the restart, the third gets more annoying and more that goes on the more annoying and less enjoyable it gets. Infamous this is a poor take. They were implemented to even the playing field after repeated feds. Remove them and extend the cooldown time. Simple fix

You have a fair argument saying it wasn’t a fair balance but a balance is what they were intended for.
