    Hello all,
    @Mason has retired from his position as a Community Manager. He has had many years of service to us all here and has done a ton of work behind the scenes. Some of that work the average player never saw. His work and dedication will always be appreciated. While a replacement is found, please continue to lean on @Leady for your Community Manager needs. Please understand that there may be a delay in help as he is already overloaded. 
     
    @Steveand @Heidelberg have stepped away for the time being, but it is not forever. While they get some much needed R&R, they will return to active status when able. 
    @Boonie Hat has been promoted to developer and has stepped away from his admin duties.
    Moderator apps should be opening within the next few weeks. Keep your eyes open for future announcements on this.

    Not sure why you hate armor so much. Maybe start buying ifrits to keep up? I could flip this back on you and say just get good and the ifrits wouldn't be a problem. On the APD side of things only Lts and Captains can buy them so they are rare most of the time. I only pass them out when we have huge fights or at events to help motivate the cops to fight. If you want to know how or why they were added we can have a talk about it in teamspeak.

    The current spawn loadouts for UC officers are outdated, poorly done, and just all around messy and been bad since they was added.
    Currently you spawn in most the time looking like a hobo with a PO7, then in your backpack you may get a spar16, but usually mk20 or the TRG, 2 useless guns, you then have to take out all that gear to equip the{Police vest?}, waste time sorting it all out etc and after all that you still have a pretty useless kit for UC, so usually you just buy your own, by re doing the loadouts it will make them actually effective and worth using, as currently its a pretty useless free loadout, even cop basic spawn loadouts are better than this, so would be good to see the Loadouts like this/perhaps with a variation on Vest camo/Uniform that actually look decent etc implemented. Loadouts can get expensive, especially when your dying multiple times at bank, fed, prison etc back to back all day, we should at least have a loadout we can use to respond that is free like every other police slot, especially since we are forced to attend the events.

    Plus it just makes the server look cleaner and not outdated.

    - Players killed inside the drug peninsula or warzone island, would now be war kills
    - BM bonus to a rebel, if a cop killed is inside the drug peninsula or warzone island
    - Missing items for exchange (cop stuff and rpk)
    - Un-restraining a player will now be at the bottom of your scroll wheel actions. Also a confirmation would ask if you are sure.
    - Fixed vest not working on the aircraft carrier
    - Changed processing tax for oysters is to wongs triad, instead of drug cartel
    - Metal Detector will now be worth to use
    - Exchange will now pull the 5 cheapest listings per item type on the entire exchange on open, instead of just 20 of 1 item type.

    You nerfed this by 50% seems drastic. 

    People have to spend money on a house, which isnt easy to find theese days close to a drug dealer for it to be worth, due to the 3 weight it takes a while to fill it up. 
    ive found a few houses that will work, 1 million each. 50k to buy the seeds.

    Possession of Element 115 shall be issued for possession of Element of 115.
    LSD (ILLEGAL):
    New LSD red zones shall be treated like normal illegal zones.
    Possession of Dark Fungi shall be issued for possession of Dark Fungi.
    Possession of LSD Pills shall be issued for possession of LSD pills.
    Possession of Purified LSD Sheets shall be issued for possession of LSD Sheets.
    INDOOR CANNABIS (ILLEGAL):
    Possession of High Potency Cannabis shall be issued for possession of Sativa/Indica cannabis seeds/sprouts/adult plants/buds.
    Possession of Concentrated Cannabis shall be issued for possession of Golden Wax.
    An update on the house raiding procedure will follow if needed.

    Quest System Server Cycle Quests Only one server cycle quest can be activated at any given time Once you complete a server cycle quest, you can activate a new one via the quest app The buff you received from a complete cycle quest, will only be active during that restart On a new restart, all completed cycle quests are wiped and can re-completed Seasonal Quests Long term quests that take a good amount of time to complete The buff/rewards earned from completing a seasonal quests, will be active regardless of restarts. Eventually will change out with new seasonal quests Tutorial Quests Multiple stages of various messages about information regarding how Asylum works and plays. Various tutorial quests are added and give messages/waypoints/sounds for new players to get started Check quests progress via !seasquestprogress or !questprogress in-game.     Possession of Illegal Liquor shall be issued for possession of moonshine mash/moonshine/white lightning.
    Seeing a Mobile Moonshine Lab producing smoke gives probable cause.
