I don't know about the other talents, but i'd drop 25k infamy on "no risk".

When RPGs were added i'm almost certain there was an assurance made by bamf that they would only disable vehicles and wouldn't blow them up. He (may have) also mentioned they'd have to pretty much direct hit to kill people. I'm fairly certain that's the only reason he managed to get them in. I'd have zero issues with RPGs if they were used to disable choppers/ifrits without causing them to explode.

The last stance Asylum took on this is that they don’t want donortown to be a safe haven for rebels. I’m of the same opinion. Easy enough to get a gun and Smee is always there with a downing weapon anyway.

If you don’t have two monitors, I highly recommend an app called OnTopReplica. You can select a screen region to overlay on top of your current application. I have Netflix in the bottom right of my screen while I run meth usually, and I have just one screen.

W h a t. I’m not even in Prime, and even when I was, they hardly ever had the cartel. I run my meth mostly solo, unless Envy is on, and then I sometimes run meth with my boy g1ant. To date I’ve done about two meth runs with other people involved. I don’t even take drug when I process.
