I will be on server 1 at 3pmish est giving away money for simple trivia questions and will be doing free heli rides to any location “ doesn’t matter if it is from drug field to drug dealer or a hot drop at a cartel”. Call me a cry baby but not once in my 5 years of playing this server have I had a LT none the less a admin down me multiple times because he said I was "complaining" I was trying to role play at first but he didn't have the "time" to listen to my story.

I'd focus on keeping the player base rather than trying to find new one at this point. Do small things for the community like raise the paycheck amount on the weekend or more events to win money.
