Oil has been neglected for a while. It really should be the best legal money making method and yet its never something I suggest beginning players try out.
Some changes I am suggesting
Increase the sell price of the oil collected by the hemmit oil/ box truck oil (Its way too low. You get 60k for a hemmit with the cartel and the run takes nearly an hour. So you barely cover the cost of the vehicle in an hour of work granted you take the time to cap a cartel for another 20 minutes before hand.) Remove the oil rig from the cartel rotation. A legal money making method has no business being a red zone. Add back rubber for the oil cartel fridge. People actually capped oil cartel so they could craft vehicles with the rubber. Make the oil trader accessible by boat. I think it would be best to allow oil runners to pull a boat and use it from start to finish. No reason to make a legal money run so risky when the real profits come from illegal drugs. -

I think there should be a cooldown of 2 minutes for each respawn. The minute you spawn inside 2 min cooldown. I think good compromise. People want this.
