    There's a lot of weightless workouts out there you can do to cut up.  
    Then if you wanna bulk up, you can hit the gym and do low reps/high weight.

    Of course TeamSpeak works fine cause the only thing that's in there are cops for S1

    V2 is not amazing. Cop system seems fucked there is no BH and let's be real there is nothing new? If the server doesn't crash is the biggest part of V2 something went wrong.
    And don't know where the last point came from Chip but your a special snowflake Muppet and should not steal my insults.<3

    I am aware there are alot of editing errors I deleted all my clips for space before I could remake them anyways thanks for the views!! Asylum is better then Olympus community wise love you all that's why I came back to Asylum a few days ago!!!

    Effective Immediately
    Corporal playtime requirement
    The APD staff team have decided to move to a 10-hour playtime requirement for Corporal.
    No activity warnings will be given.
    Applicant playtime requirements
    There will now be a 20-hour civilian playtime requirement to apply to the APD (Medic playtime will not count).
    To apply to the APD, you must meet the following requirements:
    Able to use voice communication (TeamSpeak 3). Able to speak fluent English. Must have at least 12 talent points – Screenshot will be required. Must have at least 20 hours played on the server. Must be 16 years or older. Must not be currently blacklisted from the APD. Must not have any active bans on Asylum. Keep in mind that playtime requirements may change at any time.
    Probable cause section in the Guidebook
    A new Probable Cause section has been added to the guidebook. Eventually, the Probable Cause section in Patrolling will be moved to this new page.
