There's no need to give the ability to SGT's. Its already annoying enough to see a LT pull up with 6 other Corporals sucking them off for Sgt. Imagine a SGT pulling up with 8 brain dead constables who don't care for the rules. Say they don't listen to the SGT, what are they gonna do? Give them a verbal warning? Yea you can go to an LT, but they aren't always gonna be available.
