    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
    Marid:
    The Marid is a Captain only vehicle. These rules must be followed by officers of all ranks, including Captains.
    The Marid may only be pulled during large sustained federal events. Large federal events are defined as events where there is a large rebel presence and even after the APD has made several attempts there has been little to no progress. The only exception to this would be the Mental Asylum. Due to the current state of the Mental Asylum, Captains may pull this vehicle immediately upon responding regardless of rebel count. The Marid should not be the go to vehicle for every federal event and should only be pulled when absolutely needed. Only SGT+ may drive the Marid. Captain permission is still required for both LTs and SGTs to drive the vehicle. No more than 2 Marids may be pulled for any singular federal event. Due to the armor capabilities of this vehicle, should it be stolen by rebels, it shall become a top priority of the APD to re-secure the vehicle.

    I believe that the PC parts from federal events should be illegal and be treated like any other item that is illegal. The only way to my understanding of receiving these parts is by doing something illegal, bank, fed, plane crashes, and so on. So why should they be legal. This is why they should be seized and taken from suspects and possibly even get a charge.

    make an upkeep system based off of hours, the more upgrades, house size, maybe even amount of storage being used translates into how many hours is required of you to play during that month, if you dont play the amount of required hours then you get evicted, lose the house. which is what you want, it'll prevent house hoarding from people joining once a month and would require them to play on the server. it would fix your issue of people not playing but still keeping houses, and would fix the issue we had with this system by allowing us to still play the server the way we want to play it, even if thats just sitting in kavala square all day.

    This is worse than before lol. I don't understand why you guys even added this in the first place. Nothing happens after not paying your bills except that you can't use the house, so what? The people this update was probably intended for, it won't hurt them at all. If you guys want more houses to be listed to market this was in all honestly a shitty way of going about it. Why not instead go after the people that have <10 hours each month for the past year and wipe those guys? It would make no sense to let them keep their houses after that long.

    All,
    wanted to first by thanking everyone for their feedback since our recent patch was dropped. I appreciate it regardless if it was positive or negative. Obviously some feel that we missed the mark with our electric bill concept, so I'd like to take a dive into what a solution looks like that satisfies all parties. 
    There continues to be a ton of money on the server, and this isn't any new news. We have worked tirelessly to ensure the ease of access to the server content for new and returning players. This means we dropped a lot of prices and increased the prices of which items sold for. Obviously this was a win for anyone on the server and you have all enjoyed it and became comfortable with the relatively easy living. I fully understand that we are not in the prime of the ARMA years so the player base has since changed a bit. Along with the player base change the style of play has changed. I have seen many say they have no desire to do runs to make money and they can't be bothered to spend money on anything but the things they choose to. That in itself is a problem that I don't believe we can address from a server standpoint. SO my focus will not be there. Play the server how you want, just have fun doing it.
     
    So what does a solution look like from my perspective?

    100k+ house 45k
    70k house 35k
    1 crate house 10k
    Garage 10k 
     
    Additions 
    Miner  10k
    Greenhouse 15k
    Aging Barrel 20k

    I think this is extremely fair and still addresses some of my issues. I will look to other ways to address the rest that isn't forced upon everyone, only if they elect. I have made a poll to get your vote on the idea. I have also enabled Mod-Q for this post to weed out the trolls. Regardless of you opinion the post will be approved. Just the spam post will be hidden.

    You don't know how long it has taken people to make money. AFK on cop isn't even worth it, We do a pretty good job at making sure people don't afk on cop. cartels can be captured every 30 mins correct? Soo the gang that owns it has to defend it from others, prob cost quite a bit in kits during the process of it being contested, to being captured don't ya think? Just doesn't seem like there is a whole lot of "Sitting back and getting rich" people put in the work and they're being rewarded for it.
    Server does have a lot of money you're not wrong.. Problem is the mega rich don't have anything to put their money into.. They need something that they feel is worth it to them. I saw someone mention Frit prices should be raised. maybe that's a good idea seeing how EVERYONE uses them.
    Them implementing the power/lights to houses is a good little money sink, they should also consider adding something like property tax's i think. Each property comes with a set amount monthly, price depending on the size & possible location of the property. Larger property's like industrial sheds should be the highest taxed. also possibly based on where their located.

    I didn't do shit. We gave the mods 24 hours to get pictures of all donor and crate items and boon got a new website with them up. Hopefully it helps others!

    Firefighter Policy
    Never drop firefighter gear, doing so will result in a swift blacklist from the AFD If you are not automatically deployed to the closest HQ to the fire when you sign up as a firefighter, you may redeploy to the closest HQ regardless of the number of medics online Firefighter gear and vehicles are not to be used on normal patrol. Ignore all of your normal duties while responding to a structure fire Once the event has ended, all active firefighters are to store their vehicles at the nearest station. A-EMT+ may impound any firefighter vehicles at their discretion. After storing your fire truck you must deactivate firefighter immediately. If you are unable to for whatever reason, you must either soft-log or respawn. AFD personnel may redeploy back to their original cities once the event has ended. If you notice any bugs/exploits while deployed as Firefighter, consult with AFD/Server staff and provide any evidence you have so that we may fix the issues. *Any abuse of firefighter will result in disciplinary action ranging from temporary removal from firefighter to being blacklisted from the AFD depending on severity*
     
    Firefighter Requirements
    No active points. Be an EMT For active A-EMT+, your monthly playtime requirements will not be increased from being whitelisted as a firefighter. Must have your discord linked on your MyAsylum page. AFD staff reserve the right to deny interviews/whitelists for any reason. Any points received while whitelisted as Firefighter will result in removal from the whitelist.  
    Whitelisting Process
    If you wish to be interviewed, join the AFD Whitelist Interview channel in teamspeak with (Fire) at the end of your name. Any ACTIVE paramedic is able to conduct firefighter interviews. DO NOT message paramedics asking for an interview, they will get to you when they are ready. If you spam paramedics you are more likely to not get an interview or will have to wait even longer. If you fail the interview, you may not retake it for 1 week. If you pass the interview, you will be whitelisted for the role and expected to uphold the policies accordingly. For medics that are removed from firefighter due to inactivity, you must wait 2 weeks to interview for the role again.

    Remote Car Explosive:
    Any civilian found to be in possession of a Remote Car Explosive will be charged with Possession of Explosives.
     
    Gang Fortress:
    While the Gang Fortress can be captured, the APD may only enter for:
    Active and visual pursuit APB Tracking

    The current UC loadout spawns without binos/rangefinders, This does not match up with any of the normal APD loadouts which all spawn with binoculars.
     

    I think UC's should spawn with binoculars too bc it can be quite annoying to not have binos after spawning in to identify people at a distance/in a helicopter.
