Sterling liked a post in a topic by Defragments in Stop cops showing up as medics
I know that. I'm saying why should police be able to respond to medic request? I'm calling for a medic, not a cop. In this instance we just killed the police, a medic was nearby so I requested medic, medic died or something, and then a cop just presses the button for no reason other than to be annoying.

Sterling liked a post in a topic by Trioxide in Turf of Oreokastro
The northwest region of the map is completely empty, and needs something. I suggest a new gang turf. It would be located in Oreokastro, and its gang benefit could be increased drug runner mission payouts (boat & plane). If the Turf had a drug dealer, then it would only be useful for crank, and very few people do crank. Instead of a Turf Drug Dealer, I suggest a Turf Wong Trader. You can sell anything that you can usually sell to Wong's Food and Liquor to it. This would be great for scotch, moonshine, etc. The only problem with this is that it would not make sense to have a cut taken from the cartel when selling at your own turf. Therefore, your gang would only be able to access the Turf Wong Trader if you also had ownership of Wong Triad. This fits perfectly, since one of the two spawn locations for Wong Triad is relatively close to Oreokastro.

Currently it seems citizens abuse the no HVT rule to every extent when they get captured by explaining their charges as long as humanly possible so they can stall till someone can suicide vest them. I had someone try to explain every single manslaughter; of which he had 40 of them. Each one taking 5 minutes while taking slow pauses each one as the HQ was suicide bombed 4 times +. I also had someone try to explain each money laundering charge when he had 75 of them which would have taken upwards of an hour as he just kept stalling for suicide vests to get to him.
I'm all in for RP but it gets to a point where the only reason they're doing it is to stall as long as possible.
I think HVT should be put back in place but maybe only after a failed suicide vest has blown up or when 3+ people begin attacking HQ to limit its use.

Sterling liked a post in a topic by bbgreg17 in SGT Houses
The main argument against has always been house raids are something which the dev/admin team wanted to be a rare occurrence.
This idea is something that was talked about a while ago, and kind of fizzled out. I don't remember why.
I will also tell you what I was told when Clint pulled me into a channel and promoted me to LT. "House raids are the main reason LTs get demoted. Don't fuck them up."
I am kinda on the fence personally. When I get called to a house for a raid, I would say probably 9 out of 10 times, either the cops securing the house die, or the person quickly surrenders when they hear an LT is on the way (or lately it has been detonate a sui). The surrendering is because they know we can take inventory. That level of fear wouldn't exist when it comes to SGTs opening doors.
All and all, it is something that could be looked at again. Would require some rework of the house raiding policy, as well as some dev help, but seeing as how we actually get the later now, it could happen!

Make it so that federal charges make your jail time able to go over 25 minutes. But ONLY those charges contribute to time over 25.
If you have no bounty and get arrested for one count of fed robbery and a couple manslaughters, the time is normal. If you have a 300k bounty, and like 2 federal charges, maybe it can be like 30 minutes or something, and can get higher based on how many you have, up to a limit.

As a representative of domestic abusers I personally like the idea of keeping it the way it is and decreasing the arrest cap down to 50k
