    Farming Have several farming plots outside major cities, there would be a small, medium, and large field. These fields would have differing rental costs and outputs but be on a 30 minute rental timer, during that time you would have to water/treat the crops. Anyone can harvest the crops so it's not a safe way to get them and possibly add output reduction if you continue to harvest the same fields over and over again without anyone in between or not waiting x minutes for the ground to "refertilize". The crops that come to mind for me would be wheat, barley, corn, weed, new things, etc. You would also have to buy the seeds to grow the crops on top of the rental fee. Tent Spawn Point This was previously suggestion but possibly raise the price of the rent, allow you to spawn in it, and have 1-3 respawns before it destroys itself. The tent would have limited storage and couldn't be placed x meters from certain locations (cities, rebel, drug fields, etc), another alternative is a sleeping bag like rust and solely have the respawn but no storage and still limited on how many respawns. Asylum Duel Arena People shit talk each other enough in side, introduce a duel arena similar to OSRS, this area would be a green zone besides inside the arena. Players can bet money against each other and whoever dies first loses, the server would get a 5-10% tax from the winnings and the player would have the option to select a pre built loadout (5% tax increase) or they could bring their own gear. Get in car without it unlocked Currently cops and bounty hunters can get in their locked vehicles with scroll wheel, add the ability to rebels to purchase this option too because why not.

    We will be locking the server in preparation for the new additional housing. Server is unlocked 300+ shop houses will be added to the server and after a short lock and test (10-15mins if all goes well) the server will be unlocked and opened for players to purchase the new houses. This will be on a first come first serve basis, some of the more desired houses have been earmarked and will be given away on our discord server (Join here https://discord.gg/gamingasylum) 
    This patch is very light, it is mostly fixes/backend work for the houses. It will be a laggy piece of ___ as everyone downloads mission files and races to spam buy houses. However I wanted the houses to go to our active player base which is why we are surprise patching during a busy time creating extra lag. Undoubtedly it will be frustrating as some of you may crash/be unable to get the house of your dreams, we ask for patience and understanding during this dash for housing. Please enjoy the additional patch notes while you wait!

    Added:
    Shop houses, Buy the top floor of a shop, Bottom door remains locked open Exactly the same as a 2 crater stat/price wise Security Cameras 1-3 Security Camera's have been added to some federal events (Prison/Reserve/Jewelry/Bank). A Security Camera has also been added and aimed at the square of all spawn city's (Excluding Therisa) . Officers SGT+ will be able to use UAV Terminals to access cameras.  Camera's have low power and the officer must be within range to connect.  Cameras can be seen in-game, civilians can block/obscure camera's with smoke/spray-paints/vehicles/kidnapped officers over the height of 6ft. Billboard Advertisements Billboards have been placed around the map with custom images to advertise Domination/Gang Fort/Faction Recruitment. The advertisements select from the current pool of 4 randomly after each restart meaning you should see something new and fresh every restart. Changed/Tweaked:

    Fixed:

    Controversial opinion incoming.. getting a high bounty has no repercussion currently. 

    Currently someone can go around and get a few hundred thousand dollar bounty and go to jail for a maximum amount of time of 26-28 minutes. 
    If that person presses plates for that time they can be out in as little as 6 minutes which means they go right on back to committing crimes with little to no inconvenience if they find the right officer to discuss their charges and pardon their bounties.

    To be completely blunt, these players are not offering anything but a negative encounter for most players they run into which drives away the new players that join the server and by having such a low time cap on being jailed there is nothing to discourage that type of behavior. 

    Benefits of this change:
    People would be less willing to go to jail with higher bounties and would either pay their tickets or actually role play to get out of their bounties. 
      If people pay their tickets it brings money out of the economy and means those players now have to go and make more money which brings people back to money making areas which are dead. 
      Increases the benefits to doing successful jailbreaks as someone with an extended jail sentence would have more of a reason for their gang to break them out. Potentially gives cops a break from federal event spam which would increase cop morale and cop population.
      Potentially gives new players a better role play experience as people will be less likely to go around "hands up or dying" everyone they see due to actually having repercussions if jailed. 

     
    Negatives to this change:
    People who most likely are toxic to the server in the first place actually have to spend time in jail or learn to actually role play a situation to get out of a ticket. 
    These servers thrived back in the day without these small jail timers, there's a reason few new players stay on the server. By implementing this change we can bring new players in and actually allow them time to enjoy the game without being constantly killed by people who don't care about killing everyone they see as worst case scenario they spend 6 minutes in jail.

    Nobody uses tents as is.
     
    Suggestion: Make tents a spawn point with very small amount of physical and virtual inventory
    Example: Placing a tent near a cartel for instance and putting a gun in the inventory of it, if you get killed you can respawn on your tent, grab your gun, and try to come back to the fight
    How to destroy: Scroll wheel option or running it over with a vehicle
    Where can be used: Any place outside of cities
    Your tent will last for the entirety of the restart, anything left in the tent after the restart disappears

    Hemtt or tempest
    -slow weak vehicle
    -only 1 allowed on map at any given time, SGT+ can purchase it
    -allow respawning, processing, seizing at it with the same cooldowns as permanent HQs
    -no vehicle garage to it
    -cop shop added to it
    -Can be "blown up" by rebels who manage to find it with some scroll wheel action
