Hello all,
Obviously I missed the mark when issuing the new VDM rule to the server. After some recent events, they highlighted how this rule can better serve the community. As stated elsewhere, the admins were enforcing the direction I put out in regards to handling the VDM reports, and took the appropriate and necessary action where requested. This situation at hand falls on my shoulders as I bear the responsibility for it.
Moving on...
I made a revision to the rule for us to all follow. I believe this better reflects what I was trying to accomplish before. I would like to hear your thoughts on this edit before it's made "Live".
 
Intentional contact between vehicles that directly causes loss of life, or the disablement or destruction of the vehicle is considered VDM. Also, repeated attempts at intentional contact that fail to cause immediate injury or loss will also be considered VDM since it's clear of the intent behind the actions.

@Mitch (IFRIT) Dude that VDM rule is fucking stupid. Its a military simulator where people use cars and guns and aircraft to fight. Shits going to happen and people are going to accidentally collide. If you want whats left of your server to die because you're constantly banning people over and over again for tapping vehicles then so be it.
@Patato "9/10 times people go on the forums and complain instead of bringing it to a CM."   You mentioned going to a CM for problems. Theres never been a community manager that was worth a fuck. Never will be. Won't be you, or any of your friends, especially not Leady.

If an admin has the inability to admit when they are wrong then they shouldn't be an admin

people just tryna have fun on asylum 3.0 but the consistency of these bans seem very weird

Also tends to ban you and not respond for multiple days on end, even has the audacity to reply after the ban is expired.
