Procedure change!

A common problem for the PD is that we fight a group of rebels and we apprehend one of them. As we have apprehended him we set up a perimeter in of our HQs and start the procedure. The apprehended individual then decides to start stalling his charges wishing to basically explain his charges extremerly slow. This combined with the attack from orcas dropping hatchbacks with bombs is really annoying. What Im suggesting is that we have some kind of limit on how long they can talk because or a bounty limit over 300k exc... This can also be lowered or be pushed further up to make it more fair to civs.

A common problem for Asylum is it peaks at 10 players

Read the cockeyes his charges and before he even explains anything state to him that if if his allies attack he will be sent straight to jail.

They dont attack hes free to blabber on for a reduced ticket, if they do straight to jail.

Whose dick u suck to get Corporal

Why waste time processing people when you can ignite the gambling itch and tell people you can just decide their ticket amount via a die/coin toss etc

I do the numbers game.

as long as they are non aggressive/salty I give them a choice. Pay a random amount I already have in mind (once they explain of course), or have the opportunity to get an even more reduced ticket/pardon(depending on the nature of the charges) by letting them pick a number between 1-10.

99% of the time they wanna play the numbers game. It is fascinating to see how many people are willing to gamble.

I blame batcan.
