What you have to do is upload a video of you or your group kidnapping a LT. When you have this LT in your possesion you're gonna trade him for a fedora hat with the APD. So somehow the APD needs to acquire the fedora hat and actually trade the LT for the hat succesfully. Whatever happens afterwards doesn't matter Make sure that these requirements are shown on the video and the first that uploads a video of doing so wins!
