The amount of times I have been taking someone back to an HQ or starting to assault a cartel when the sun was going down and it was the most picturesque, amazing thing. Even in even in Sam Fisher mode or "green time", it added something to the game - for a short duration - that at least helped the map seem more alive. Should be changed to Day/Dawn/Dusk, make it dark but never dark enough to need NVG's. Link to comment
