Owners say they’ve changed, push an update or talk to us for a day or two and then disappear for weeks or months at a time. Honestly reminds me of those sitcom abusive relationships.

@FitzThis was another banger update brother. I think I speak for everyone here when I say all of the asylum community owes you a heartfelt apology for doubting your ability and hard work at making this happen and returning us to the golden age of asylum.

Under your newly received leadership and guidance we have seen a mind blowing surge from 0 players to 13 In the first 24 hours and I for one would like to thank you. The 5 hours a week you self admittedly put into developing this patch each week for like the last 2 months, really shows your initiative and love for the community and that you won't ever let our story and dream die here but will continue to fight for us and let us share your vision for the future.

A ship and it's crew are only as good as it's captain. And I sleep safer at night knowing Captain Fitz is at the helm. Keep up the good work skipper *salutes*

That’s a loser mindset Gnike. That same mindset is why they thought it’d be better to have a reduced/smaller map to force more player interaction with a dwindling player count.
Maybe if our owners had better ideas we could just have a better server and more players so we wouldn’t have to do this.
Like seriously, can we stop pretending the game Arma 3 is our limitation here and start acknowledging that maybe the real downfall in the past 2 years is god awful ideas, poor implementation of ideas the community was in favor of, complete lack of communication, and the constant banning and censoring the players who’ve been here for 5-10 years all over some keyboard warrior shit.
Since this server has been dead Olympus almost doubled the maximum player count of their server and it’s been full everyday for months. They strategically took in all the Asylum refugees after our continued fumbling.

Just saw the mural. That is fucking cool! Blast from the past seeing a lot of those names. It's been almost 8 years since I stepped down as Community Manager and I still have many fond memories of my time in this community. Thanks for the hard work and taking the time to do it!

real memories with some real friends asylum wont be forgotten 24 now an crazy how time flies hope you all are doing well 

jesus saw some names on there from when i started as some idiot 16 year old in 64bitcrusaders and then met hammerlock (old admin) screaming at me to drive him out of kavala because of a million dollar bounty to joining his gang and numerous after that i never thought a kavalian fisherman would ever be in. now being 26 and having a kid on the way that i wish could feel the feeling that asylum and arma gave me when june came around and i knew i would see 5 100 pop servers with 40 friends playing arma. 95 percent of that list i talked to throught the 8-9 years i played this game and everyone of them gave me memories. shoutout yall fr man
