Should just go head and wipe it including houses, full wipe. If you don't wipe houses than its pointless cause people will farm out of there houses. 

Might as well go through with the permanent wipe. How does it make sense to wipe for 3 days and revert. No point to even progress in that time. Personally you just have to make the decision and stick with it.

Doing a temporary wipe loses a lot of the value that a permanent wipe has IMO.

Hopefully its better than nothing, but I think this is a case of doing it halfway is the same as doing nothing at all. Wipe it for real.

I'm down with Walts idea but we gotta get strife back it's definitely time for it. 

1. Remove Indica/Sativa seeds altogether or at a minimum, reduce income drastically to get more players out of the cities and back into a normal pattern of money making;

2. If the server has been so low in population lately, please consider decreasing the response times on Player Reports, i.e. live bans. This has a lasting effect on players and in no time at all with this practice, players will start comping to prevent a timely ban interrupting their fun. If Mods and Admins feel there are too many reports, this is an easy fix as more players will start comping, thus less reports to handle;
3. APD, I don’t know, it’s so far gone now from what it was a few years ago. If put in charge of the problem, I would have to go with a top-down approach of ridiculously severe enforcement of all APD policies to get all levels of cops back to the way things were. Slotting up as a cop used to not be a money-making scam but a real RP opportunity to set a professional but fun tone on the island. All I can say is good luck trying to get that one under control. Many would agree the APD has done more to drive players off the island than any other force in the server. The inability to admit this fact suggests you’re part of the problem. Also, removing inactive APD players from playing cop with no warning was a poor decision; we lost many good cops in that lame move;
4. Realign the damage from RPG’s to its original, un-nerfed value. They’re expensive as hell and barely work. Their senseless at the moment.
5. Final note, Developers deserve a huge Thank You for all the new content. We sometimes have players rejoin after a few years and only then do you realize how many new activities there are on the island when they start voicing their questions about all the new locations, Fed Events and red zones, etc.

its too late for a wipe because people like you were too big of a bitch to try. If the server wiped in 2019/2020 asylum would be thriving again, but again bitches like u ruined it all

we don't need a wipe we need strife.

thing is a lot of people only play because they have so much money. no one wants to grind again and most say they will just leave. it's sort of a lose - lose scenario. personally I would like a wipe tho. feel like it would bring a lot of people back even if its for a short time. They can always save the current database as a backup and bring it back if the playerbase really dies but I feel everyone who says they would quit wouldn't. they are all pretty glued 

That would kill asylum just wiping money alone without a cap would be more than enough.
a very small amount of people would want to grind money on asylum in 2022.

People have been asking for a wipe since 2018.. if there server was in that state back then imagine what state its in now.
Wiping the server wont guarantee envy or anyone comes back to play fulltime again (probably thankfully for everyone) BUT it does guarantee that when envy logs on we will be doing more than afking gangfort with our infinite money

Higher ups on the APD are almost all the biggest power-tripping virgins you'll ever meet in an online game. He was right when he said people got "nuked from the APD" for 6 years or whatever. This is why normal people think the APD in this game is a huge joke. There are a few good guys in high up positions, but the retardation is rampant.
