    Plain and simple. This was sort of the major downfall in the APD. The whole point of cops not having Frits is so that the rebels could actually have a chance to escape. This would  be a good idea if that tempest/hemmet respawn truck for cops is actually happening. Either way it’s still boring to fight cops with Frits. The regular armor is fine as long as you don’t drive like an idiot.

    if you ask any of the old players if its more fun the current way it is or the way it was back in 2016-2018 they will tell you 2016-18. The Rebels are suppose to have an advantage over the apd. whenever I fight fed events on cop I love the fights as they are usually fun. issue with you guys is YOU want to win everytime which you won't which then leads you to complain and then what do you know cops have frits now! Rebels obviously aren't suppose to win everytime either but they should win MOST of the time. it should be made fair not based on giving them the same vehicles or guns but the skill of the people playing. maybe thats why I have more fun playing cop then you and I don't complain but hey thats just me. Also its a light roleplay server if you want heavy roleplay go play garrysmod where you have to do /me's or go and play anzus where after everyfight you have to revive the opposing side.

    It includes a spot for a boat shop, air shop, and includes 3 different levels, places to sit while defending and places to push from when attacking, the 4 spar platforms have ways of getting on to them, and climbing up to the 1st level, there is one way of getting from the first level to the second level, and the entire rig has semi-understandable details that are industrial looking and may actually look like they belong on an oil (not a giant factory and barracks building like on the old one).

    The balance between pushing and attacking the Oil Rig is thought for both sides, there are also spots where a helicopter can drop off players or they can just land on the helipad (which is not recommended while pushing players defending).

    2016-2018 was a prime time of asylum. Cops didn't have frits back then. you shouldn't be given hand me downs to compensate for a skill gap. you should force the bad players to get better. Wokka and RDM cqc servers are open 24/7 for people to play on and practice.

    Nothing is stopping you from getting on before us and 50ing every house in NEO. Also you shouldn’t really be showing up to “win” but to just enjoy the fight. Makes it more enjoyable plus if you do win you get the fort as well. 🙂

    Athira is the central city of Altis and the first spawn in our menu.
    It should look like a hub for all players to use and needs a rework from the vanilla layout.

    We will be locking the server in preparation for the new additional housing. Server is unlocked 300+ shop houses will be added to the server and after a short lock and test (10-15mins if all goes well) the server will be unlocked and opened for players to purchase the new houses. This will be on a first come first serve basis, some of the more desired houses have been earmarked and will be given away on our discord server (Join here https://discord.gg/gamingasylum) 
    This patch is very light, it is mostly fixes/backend work for the houses. It will be a laggy piece of ___ as everyone downloads mission files and races to spam buy houses. However I wanted the houses to go to our active player base which is why we are surprise patching during a busy time creating extra lag. Undoubtedly it will be frustrating as some of you may crash/be unable to get the house of your dreams, we ask for patience and understanding during this dash for housing. Please enjoy the additional patch notes while you wait!

    Added:
    Shop houses, Buy the top floor of a shop, Bottom door remains locked open Exactly the same as a 2 crater stat/price wise Security Cameras 1-3 Security Camera's have been added to some federal events (Prison/Reserve/Jewelry/Bank). A Security Camera has also been added and aimed at the square of all spawn city's (Excluding Therisa) . Officers SGT+ will be able to use UAV Terminals to access cameras.  Camera's have low power and the officer must be within range to connect.  Cameras can be seen in-game, civilians can block/obscure camera's with smoke/spray-paints/vehicles/kidnapped officers over the height of 6ft. Billboard Advertisements Billboards have been placed around the map with custom images to advertise Domination/Gang Fort/Faction Recruitment. The advertisements select from the current pool of 4 randomly after each restart meaning you should see something new and fresh every restart. Changed/Tweaked:
