    I definitely appreciate this post. I always liked the idea of having a shot a COP. That being said, I was an acitve Captain for a very long time. It is only fair to allow other players a chance who haven't experienced the rank before. Either way I will always be a Captain in game. Now that I am one of the CM's I'm going to do my best to improve the server as a whole. 👍

    Expanding on what willima said It take probaly quite a bit of mission for for something used for the first money then never being touched again other then a few times a month by new people and then the arma 3 ai problem IT is as @william said aimbotters to easY AF

    Since you were crying to me in game about giving a blanket statement of all your suggestions being dogwater here is honest input on every single suggestion here.
     
    Laser Tag queue was in cities for years prior. Nobody did them then, that trend will continue. Pointless code tbh, should be removed as is.

    I don't think this really bothers anyone as is but sure, ig the devs can waste their time with that.
     
    Laser tag went for the most part unused for years as would this. Gun game admin events are successful because the ability to queue is presented to you on everyone's screens at the same time instead of everyone having to queue up individually. Queuing up individually will always fail due to nobody knowing if anyone else queued up.
     
    Seems extremely lazy, takes out the interaction aspect of processing, also makes processing safer if the moment you see another player you can instantly just drive away instead of say having to run outside of the building, getting in your vehicle, then driving away.
     
    You can already do this as is, I don't think people would like a system in place where anybody can buy keys to your house. Currently you can pick and choose who you decide to sell keys to, effectively screening the player as trustworthy or not.
     
    Cops never come to Kavala as is, the economy would suffer purely from me alone spam robbing gas station for 20k every 10 minutes.
     
    I don't think it would be wise giving access to armor to every new player with a rook. I like the fact player have to at least have a license for either rebel or bounty hunter factions to access armor.

    Great idea, so much so that I already suggested this over a year ago. Either its not possible or the developers don't possess the ability to do this.
     
    The way it is phrased here I assumed you meant dropping items while you're currently inside the vehicle, which would be absolutely crazy if I could just drop suitcases on every car behind me. However if you meant drop items from the vehicle inventory onto the ground whilst you're outside the vehicle then sure ig.
     
    Would remove the current hunt of finding market priced houses. Could use this to find an enemy players house by cross referencing their last activity on battlemetrics to when potential houses were last active.
     
    Only if there is some type of physical attribute trade off, IE: the expensive equipment is heavy and doesn't allow you to carry much on your person or doesn't allow the player to sprint while having it. Also their expensive equipment needs to be robbable for profit, inducing more risk. Legal jobs aren't meant to be more profitable than drugs, if there is more risk then there can be more profit allowed.
     
    Seems pretty useless and lame. A waste of developer time I'd even say. Also they'd probably put this behind an Asylum+ paywall.
     
    Absolutely not, I would literally never be able to rob a player at jewelry store or any other legal sell point ever again.
     
    Ik deep down you just want to own a rando playing card but this sounds stupid as fuck.
     
    An NPC is useless if new players don't even know to go to the NPC. On screen GUI elements that require new players to click a checkbox confirming that they've actually read tutorial information would be better.
     
    The only way this could ever work is if it was restricted to being in redzones only. Even then I still foresee some crazy problems coming from that.

    I'm going to breakdown your suggestion and talk about each section and give my opinion. FYI this is my personal opinion and has nothing to do with my position in the APD or event coordinator.

    SWAT Uniform:
    I'm gonna guess what you are suggesting is that all SWAT officers have the ability to wear the SWAT uniform at all times. So I got 2 things on this, 1 is SWAT is meant to be used only for federal events not for normal patrolling. I get your suggestion is to only allow the uniform but that still doesn't fit with the dynamic of SWAT. Now my second point that I wanna make is I think SWAT officers should be able to put on CSATS if they already have access to them in there normal kits. Just make it where they have to go to the SWAT clothing shop and there they can buy the CSATS. TBH I know how beneficial those CSATS are and just having a level 3 vest is not very good as most of the time you will be 2 shot by a mk1. 
    SWAT Snipers:
    I'm pretty hard against this for a few reasons, 1 I don't think its a good idea to add any kind of sniper/dmr and long range scope to the server for multiple reasons. APD are not supposed to play sniper elite and this would just add to it. 2 as SWAT you obviously have access to the mk1 which is a very versatile gun. I can tell you personally at a lot of federal events I will set up somewhere to hard aim with the mk1. It is plenty good enough to hold an angle for a second while officers get to a better position then after that you still have the ability to push close range with the same gun as adding a mar10 or any dmr/sniper you wont be able to get close range and that forces the officer to play sniper elite which is not what we wanna provoke. 
    Allow unlimited SWAT Slots:
    So this is my thing about it, right now I don't exactly know the number of slots that are given but I know there is usually a decent amount depending on how many rebels are there. If its early morning and your fighting a group of 8 and there's only 4-5 officers and 2 have SWAT your probably gonna get around 5-6 slots of SWAT that's roughly 3 pushes. Which most of the time your probably the max amount of pushes your gonna get anyways. I don't think changing the slot amount will change anything, I think it more falls down to working together.
    Final Thoughts:
    All and all I think the biggest issue currently with SWAT/APD during events comes down to leadership 1 and 2 training of officers. I feel like we are not working well as a team and getting someone to take leadership in these events and set up pushes where we go together instead of just slamming however we feel then we would have a way better chance at winning events. Keep in mind that we are not meant to win all the fights and probably not a majority but I think a lot of the losses that we are facing is not from the gear but simply how we are using the gear.

    Evidences are hard to start as is just due to there not being enough officers online. Also, cadets spawn in the evidence with Constable+ gear anyways. Also there are typically APD officers on that can handout higherup gear.
