So just under a 50% nerf. Because you see, the bottom number is close to half the top number, so that means its a half

You nerfed this by 50% seems drastic.

Why does it need to be at 175? If people are abusing it, why cant an admin team consisting of 20 people maintain such a massive part of this community's gameplay and keep it under check and issue penaltys to those who abuse it? This seems like a lazy band aid.
Cops need reward for the time and effort put in, cops are required to attend to non stop federal events which is admittedly what they signed up to do, to enhance the civ's side experience, but that dont mean they need to be in a situation where 15 of them chase a shipping container for an hour fianally win one, get everybody in cuffs with some big ass 900K bountys, and get paid out nothing for it because of a few morons who should be easy to identify and punish for abusing the system.

Id like to thank Mitch for recognising DS's potential and gaurenteeing all of the "upcoming" members above on the admin team.
Our first action will move to a senate like chamber for new rules and features where issues will be voted on with a simple majority with every admin getting a say.
Secondly, after that has passed, we will move to change the name of asylum to "Drunk Squad Altis Life We Wont Conn You Into Pumping Money Into A Game That Wont Release"
Thirdly, Rpg's will have their original power restored and prices brought down to their previous before Badabing got salty and removed them.
Fourth, we will be restricting the amount of farmersville members allowed in any 1 city at any one time to lower the stress on the pavement, this should result in less time getting spent on fixing the cracks in the roads/sidewalks.
