    Contrary to popular belief... the Lt+ MK1 is NOT multiplied (mk1 damage x 1.37 etc.) it is the exact same thing the rebels have, their have been few changes, but for your convenience I will list them for you:

    lasers=downing and non-lasers=lethaling has been changed to non-lasers=downing so LT+ cant use the “I forgot to buy my laser excuse”

    LT+ Undercover officers received more color options only while undercover so the distinct “black gun=cop” issue got removed

     

    This is all I can think of off the top of my head, as far as damage per shot it is the same as a rebel mk1, the downing script is something to do with “once health = 0% with downing road, player=downed” but, since I am simply an Admin and not a Developer, that is just my 2nd grade understanding, a Dev could give you a more specific answer I’m sure

  2. To my understanding, people have noted their concern to the captains and staff. We do take the players’ concerns seriously, but  I think we are all kicking a dead horse at the point. If you feel like you have an idea that would be both fair and realistic please by all means make a suggestion in the appropriate section, I promise you every suggestion is looked at as long as they are written seriously, no matter how long or short your suggestion is

    If an admin is abusing their powers (using their powers to their advantage, not using them to fix issues) then make a report.... typically most admins are careful about what they do in game from what I have seen.... @Mitch (IFRIT) Would beat us if we abuse our powers/make ourselves have an unfair advantage

  4. @BaDaBiNg_10-8 congrats on the new opportunity at work, it is truly great news to hear things are going well in that aspect, however... you will he missed in this community by all. I appreciate the down to earth talks we had and I wish you the very best of luck in your future. I hope to see you every so often at least!

  5. I don’t think illegal barely is an issue, but if it is being made illegal I think the most condensed area (the field by lakka) should be made illegal, but that is a discussion for Captain/Owners/CMs/Devs...

    If they don’t make it illegal it is however easy to get probably cause to search someone picking barley there (or anywhere). Once you spot someone you can either watch from a distance or get a heli in the air, once they get in their vehicle to drive away, light and siren them for off-roading (only if they are actually off-roading but they likely will be) boom. Probable cause to detain and search

     

    @Samperino from what it sounds like you don’t want the main barley field to be illegal, which seems anti-productive... will this be something discussed with the people above or is it out of the question?

    APD Captains are the front people of the change, but they do NOT have free reign... they consult with the CM’s and Owners to ensure the servers will remain balanced to the best of their ability

    No idea why you guys did not try to tweak parole a little bit before all out removing it.  If you would have at least made it to where officers of a certain rank could still do it , it would have been a good compromise.  Win/win basically, give the higher ups more of a chance to flex and civs still have some shot at parole.  Instead of removing you should hold people responsible for their own actions.  This way kind of reminds me of the way democrats think gun control should work.

    Cops were held accountable and yet it was still abused, hence the reason for its removal

  8. @Clint Beastwood rather than add a second bridge like I’ve been hearing people say, what about a double-wide single bridge? Maybe add like 2-3 concrete road blocks for cover on the very edge of it, make cops use armor? I’d much rather see a double-wide than a second bridge

    (It may be that way I don’t actually know as I won’t be on to see the changed until tomorrow)

    No, 5 houses per server is more than enough. We do not want a small group of people to own all the real estate. Everyone deserves the chance to own a reasonable amount
