okay even so an rpg is 200k and a mobile is 40k. mobiles are always cheaper and just having someone roam in a frit just pulls one away from the event. and if people are doing a high tier fed event there is most likely an LT+ on that can get people out of their house. I dont see how this is an argument at all.
+ its 2 rockets to blow up a mobile so 400k that means the cost of blowing up 1 mobile is = to 10 mobiles

Overview:
Any Constable or higher will be able to produce a Cadet Entry video meant to be given to the Cadet upon passing their interview. This video is meant to briefly, within 10 minutes or so, give the Cadet an overview of the APD, the DOs and DONTs, helpful tips and tricks, and whatever else you think a Cadet could find useful if they just passed their interview and joined the APD! How to win:
-There can only be 1 winner. That's whoever produced the video. Only APD Officers Constable+ can be eligible for the reward. (Retired officers of the current rank Cpl+ can also participate) 
-A winning video will be the most creative, fun, and thought out video submitted to the Google Form below via unlisted youtube video. 
-You can use whoever you want in the video. Civilians, Medics, Cadets, Constables, APD Staff, etc. Even Captains. Just keep in mind APD Staff cant always be free so please be weary of their availability.

To keep this super quick and simple, can we get a bigger notification for when federal events pop. If SWAT does not pop, specifically for prison and shipping events, the box for a federal event notification is easily skipped over if you're not paying attention to it, or can be mistaken for a speed notification / fugitive.

This is the sole reason really why my "rank of the month" idea didnt include Constable or Corporal. Because the main argument was it'd be a slap in the face to whoever got it. Even in a situation where they wouldnt have been promoted anyway, and was just "the best in that rank outside of who got promoted". It would still be seen as embarrassing to some extent most likely. So we just have SGT/LT of the month which has now been successfully running since the start of the year without issues thankfully. Giving the APD Staff extra things to achieve for monthly with perks/rewards. All of which I'll detail publicly on the APD Wiki when I have the chance over the next 24 hours. (All has been approved by multiple Captains/Admins/SAs/Owners over the course of its 2-3 month conception).

Both. Better customisation and no badge. I can work on an APD granit? Still though, more slots would be nice.

Just wondering maybe we can find the solution into why someone wants to be a UC is it really for having the ability to hide your name? Or because of some items you get on that slot you don't get on normal cop?

I agree with this to a degree. Corporal - 1st LT definitely sees struggles trying to snag one of the 3 UC slots at peak time, but we have to also consider the many 2nd LTs and Captains/Retired Captains that have a "cop all slot" which means they get to be UC at all times as an option. So we're already looking at quite a chunk of the APD being able to be UC already. 

Could there be one more slot for 4 total slots? Sure. I don't think adding at least another UC slot is the end of the world, but increasing it beyond that could spark issues if at peak times 20-30%+ of the APD is UC depending on what ranks are on. 

Things to consider. 

While I obviously would like to be UC more,  APD at the end of the day is a rp/enforcement group no need to make it tougher to find out whose a cop

Its because the APD used to run around spamming the button restraining nearest player without even looking at them.

Unfortunately due to previous actions from officers the restrain key will remain how it is (Needing direct line of sight)
