Just do Van runs if you have the dlc, if not try Mohawk runs
as for smash and grabs, the only nerf I can think of that won’t completely delete smash and grabs but rather make them harder is if they add fed and bank guard duty(spawn at the nearest hq) like how there’s the prison guard duty due to how much longer it can take to softlog for people

+1 for Alex, I was actually going to make one of these for him last night but I forgot so here's my version.

Description: Alex is a pretty cool and calm guy to play with on cop. Although he can seem quiet at first, once he gets to know you he'll talk a bit more around you. He is extremely active and I always see him helping out Cadets or doing Mock RAs for them. I must admit that once I saw he didn't get SGT, I tried to offer him a transfer to P3 (after noticing all the hard work he's been putting in these past months) to which he denied which shows some dedication to P1. He has good leadership but sometimes gets a bit nervous around higher ups, I'd recommend giving him a better look this month and maybe he can finally earn that promotion he's been going after.
