Why do you need it? That is my point. You say you should have it but can't give a reason other than it would be cool or cops have it. Only 13% of officers have it. I will ask again. Why should all bounty hunters have it?

Wouldn't really be OP? Honestly the difference between the mxm and the mx is minimal. The mxm has slightly better penetration that is really about it. If you can't hit a shot with an mx, having an mxm isn't going to change anything. Besides, wanna mxm kidnap a Corporal or Sergeant and have good roleplay. Now you can bounty hunt with an mxm. As for MK-1 only 2.15% of officers have this weapon. This includes all Admins and Captains who have retired.

Bounty hunters are to act in absence of APD. Why should you be equipped with the same weaponry as the APD?

Unfortunately, there is no way we can stop every bad egg from getting through. There will be ups and downs no matter what policy or changes are made. That is the reason there is an IA section on the forums. I understand not everyone can/does record 24/7. If you have an idea for a system that would help improve the guidebook knowledge of the general officer we are all ears. Not every officer is going to know 100% of the guidebook, but I agree there are major things which they should.

I am sorry but a post like this thread just complaining about cops, in general, I don't personally think helps the issue. I think it usually ends in flame wars and an admin locking the thread. If you wish to speak further with me feel free to come speak me in TS.

I maybe mistaken, but I am pretty sure several times in the past the devs have stated they don't want to whitelist medics. I think it was even said once if they did they would remove the option for anyone else to revive. Personally I find this to be a very handy feature I wouldn't want to see removed.

Neither of these is a reason to go to rebel.

Inspired by @Kevingreen23 's month + cadet, @Patato and I went through the constables and picked out the 6+ month inactive ones. We nominate @Kevingreen23 to take care of this as a nice initiation to LT. Some dates may have discrepancies between mousing over and in their whitelisting, we tried to go within the whitelisting.

The other thing about this, it would allow SGT+ to trade dirty money for a hostage. This would give the cops a chance to get the money back.

I was talking to @Patato the other day and he mentioned how SGT+ used to be able to convert their personal cash to dirty money and back again. I would personally like to see this added (or re-added)

With this SGT+ would be able to convert their money and then run a broadcast saying that a convoy is transporting $X from bank to fed, stop the convoy and steal the money (Just one example). I could see this adding a really fun element to the game for both rebels and cops.

Charges:

With regards to the charges, I propose a policy update making money laundering only applicable to banded notes. This is to stop someone from stealing the money, getting caught and then not only getting the money taken (and converted back to cash, causing the higher up to lose nothing) but also getting a 50k bounty for having it, when they only held the money for 10 seconds before being downed (Though maybe that should be part of the risk of going after a convoy like this?). As banks now payout in banded notes and cartels auto deposit into gang accounts there is currently no way to get dirty money.

Why SGT+:

I know some people will be wondering why I am saying SGT+. Let's face it, there are constables and sadly some corporals out there who would take the money and go convert it just to get the payday. This is not the point behind this. It is a high risk, possible reward situation. Hopefully by the time you reach the rank of Sergeant you are mature enough to not be doing this. Also if a constable or corporal goes to a Sergeant+ and says hey can I give you 50k to turn into dirty money, what reason does the higher up have to say no?
