    Plain and simple. This was sort of the major downfall in the APD. The whole point of cops not having Frits is so that the rebels could actually have a chance to escape. This would  be a good idea if that tempest/hemmet respawn truck for cops is actually happening. Either way it’s still boring to fight cops with Frits. The regular armor is fine as long as you don’t drive like an idiot.

And I’m in this gang called envy and we like kill the altis police department all day and we are like the best on the island. Then I play cop sometimes because I just got the rank corporal and now I’m too cool to talk to my friend ratatouille. And that’s basically actually it.

    They're very limited as it is, they cannot join APD, and they have to get names and text everybody to initiate.
    I personally don't see a problem with having them around, if they're willing to go that extra mile just to play then let em.

    The flag pole with the actual flag will be inside of a flag pole with no flag, the flag pole with no flag will be the flag pole that has all of the scroll options.

    the color of the flag should be decided locally using something similar to the text below

    something like this idk (not actual usable code)

    the physical movement of the flag will then be decided by percentage.
    each 1% the flag will either go up or down by a certain amount, something like this idk:

    at 0% the flag Z position will be -4.435

    The reason this should be added is because it is a physical representation of what the percentage of the cap is without needing to check your phone while you are in a group when you cant see the progress bar, or if you are off cap.

    and it's very immersive ☺️
