    Quite the opposite, people figured out a pattern and made a ridiculous amount of money from the casino.

    A wipe would be a massive game changer in my opinion. All the top gangs and majority of players are in a position where they will never have to make money again which kinda takes the fun aspect away from the server.
    The thought of a fresh start, with all the latest updates and endless opportunities to make money I personally think it would do no harm and have people back to the roots of what the server is actually about.
    People scrambling to do runs and competing for the best houses. Bringing the drug fields back to life along with all the other locations across the map.

    When picking a saved loadout from the loadout system, it should check for already equipped items and only buy the items that are missing.
     
    Example:
    Saved Loadout:
    Combat Helmet CSAT Coveralls MX 6x MX Rounds ARCO NVGs I am carrying the following:
    Combat Helmet CSAT Coveralls MX 2x MX Rounds NVGs If I equip the loadout above, I should not have to buy the MX, uniform and NVGs again. Instead of paying full price for every item in the loadout, I would only pay for the ARCO and 4x MX rounds

    It would be nice so you have to confirm twice that you want to toggle locks on doors that way you cant unlock your doors on accident.
    This would be nice so you don't unlock your house on accident, and come back to the inventory wiped.

    Currently if a player is dead their name will not show up on the ATM screen, kinda annoying if you accidentally shot the wrong guy and wanna comp them but they take forever to respawn

    It's no secret some people with good houses log on a couple times a month for a minute or two here and there to ensure they do not lose their houses. Some of these people have been doing this well over a year. My solution is to make a housing upkeep system based off how many hours you play on the server within the timeframe of a month.
     
    How it would work:
    The more houses you own, the more hours you need to play on the server within a month. I believe 2 hours per house is a fair number. If you own 5 houses I believe you should be required to play at least 10 hours within that month to not lose your houses.
     
    Functionality:
    App on Phone called "Upkeep" After clicking the app you will be prompted with how many hours you have played thus far while also displaying how many hours you must play within the 30 day timeframe (Also displaying how many more days until the timeframe ends)  
    Houses to hours:
    1 house    = 2 hours 2 houses = 4 hours 3 houses = 6 hours 4 houses = 8 hours 5 houses = 10 hours  
    Result:
    Either some more active players or some sick new real estate on the market, either one is a plus.
     
    Example of just one unnamed player who abuses the current system:

     
    TL;DR
    If you don't play the server you shouldn't be allowed to prohibit the actual playerbase from having those houses.

    New jobs could include:
    - taxi driver,
    - builder (fix houses instead of medics),
    - mechanic (ability to come repair vehicles, impound vehicles)
    These would come with dedicated uniforms + means of transport.

    I noticed that the ADR 97 isn't available at turfs, however the Katiba and Type 115 are. I think it should definitely be available at the shop, especially since it's a lower caliber than the 6.5 guns I mentioned.

    Spice is a new item to be found inside UFO crashes. It is an extremely potent drug of alien origin. It is highly illegal, and can be sold for around 50k at either drug dealer, Wong's Food and Liquor, or possibly Rebel Outposts. While it has a high monetary value, its effects upon consumption are even more extreme. A spice high has the long-lasting effects of increased speed, infinite stamina,  almost zero weapon sway, passive healing at any level of health, and maybe even a chance to psycically gain intel on enemy players' whereabouts. A spice high could last up to 20 minutes.

    Concept:
    My idea with this is to turn the barracks building into an apartment complex. Each small room would be equivalent to a 1c house (Not upgradeable at all, no greenhouse, no storage increases). Instead of purchasing these "houses" normally you'd rent them instead. So it'd be more like a weekly payment for the house.
     
    Pros:
    Close storage to square for all new people and veterans alike. Easier to find available units than finding available houses  
    Cons:
    Cannot be blown up (I think this is fine if the 1c is not upgradeable at all, so very limited storage and no greenhouse)  
    Function:
    Each room (unit) would act as a 1c house that is nonupgradeable, very minimum storage. There should be an NPC where there is two options: the first being you can check availability of units, which would prompt you to purchase a unit if one is available, and a 2nd option is to move out of your unit.
    Once a unit is purchased it will place a waypoint to the door of the room that you had just acquired.
     
    Optional:
    If you feel that not being able to blow these up makes them too overpowered maybe not allow spawning in these units instead just be storage only.

    The food but it'll give special bonuses like running faster? But you have to eat more of them like you do irl because they don't fill you up. But when you eat too much it'll make you sick. I think that would be pretty cool. Or just add in more variety of foods that don't give you special bonuses so it doesn't tip any balances.

    Added a zipper sound when you finish gathering, mining, or processing items.

    There should be a sound effect that plays when your inventory becomes full while you are gathering/mining to let you know that your backpack is full and you are done. It could sound like a backpack zipper. This would be incredibly useful to players who aren't looking at the screen while gathering. A tiny addition, but it would be EXTREMELY helpful.

    It would also be very easy for the devs to add, because there is already a text notification when your backpack is full and you cannot continue gathering. Just pop a playSound in there, and you're done.
