This would be awesome especially since it seemed to make jackshit for money, Also it keeps saying "Metal detecting stopped, keep moving" when i'm literally holding W the whole time. Maybe make the stopping the process less sensitive to stopping. But yes either increase the pay or let us do something with the metal sheets cause i don't know what the hell to do with them now or maybe move them to beaches cause you're a big ass target at the mines now for 0 reward.

Honestly i've done this before when i was a constable/corporal back in the day and got yelled at by Lt's because i was being corrupt by letting civs kidnap me ezpz and they told me to carry a rifle all the time.
Tho sometimes its fun to just roll with nothing but a pistol trough kavala and usually the idiots there leave you alone if you're just chill and don't give a fuck. I've had those kids protect me in kavala. imagine that.

So as many of you know the latest update made oil a little more appealing to certain people ( Mainly the new and/or poor people ) I think that it should focus on everyone who is involved with this oil rig meaning also the rebels doing the cartels and the new people trying to make a living, But i don't think it has both sides even right now. 
With that in mind i decided to work on an Oil Rig myself. I focused on looks and accessibility and on combat aspects in the rig itself. I have had a few people test it and they liked it, i refined and tuned it into their liking's but the most important thing i feel is that you guys feel good with this. So i made a very little video showcasing it and i took a few screenshots for you guys to look at. If you want a closer look at it contact me and we'll get in a server and have a look ( I really encourage you guys to do this cause it gives you a better feel for it ).
Here are a few things to note:

1. The current oil rig has 288 objects, The one i build has 308. ( These are ALL Objects in the builds ) 
2. You have 5 ways to get on the oil rig that is not by air, These are the main stairs besides the docks and each pillar the rig rests on is a way up.
3. It has 3 ( maybe more depending on what chopper and how good of a pilot you are ) spots to land on the rig.
4. Lots of places to fight from and shoot at other area's in the rig.
5. In my opinion it looks allot better than the current Oil Rig. Meaning it appeals more to the new civilian trying to make a living.

This is just a build and an opinion nothing is gonna change most likely but i do want you guys' opinion on it.

They're complaining about a lack of role play on their own servers when they can't communicate with 99% of our community without the use of google translate.
And so the CHINESE their idea to make more money is to make a fucking clothing factory HAHAHAHA remember we try not to use real life arguments here bud that usually doesn't work well in the asylum logic.
Maybe a rip-off phone factory for the poor people who's excuse that they didn't 911 us when they murdered 10 fully geared rebels with nothing but a rook is that they didn't have a phone will help.
 

From what I recall back in the day and I've actually been following this ever since.
You can charge someone as long as its within the restart and NO OTHER OFFICER has had any interaction with said civilian regarding any charges.
So for example
There are 2 cops on the server CopA and CopB 
CopA sees a CIvC driving an ifrit down the highway but fails to catch him, gets a positive ID and all but fails to catch him and loses him after a short 2min chase.
10 minutes later CopB sees the same civ (not knowing about this pursuit) in a city and catches him speeding in a potato hatch and pulls him over and charges him with 1 count of speeding and gives him a ticket, the civ pays it and goes on his way.
5 minutes after that CopA sees the civ and wants to charge him with driving an illegal vehicle.
 
In that situation CopA can no longer charge the civ with anything because he has been interacted with by police regarding a charge and is thereby clear of all other previous charges considering the 2 officers should've given each other the info more carefully.
 
I think it goes around the same principle as if lets say you catch someone with an illegal gun and forget to charge him but release him with it you can take the gun but not recharge him because he has already been processed with it.
