Been talking to a few people and we wonder if there is anyway there could be something done with the excess honor we have. I’m up for all suggestions.

This is coming from the guy who can't act in the least bit reasonable on the server. This is the guy who has 10 pounds of freedom on the internet. And out of everything he could possibly do. The fun times he could make and have, he decided to spam some racist shit on the server. To top it all off he comes to the forums in an attempt to create a divide or at least some piss poor drama.
In a wicked turn of events not a single person jumped on your wagon. Not a single person seemed to agree with you.

I have ensured that you will never be faced with the opportunity to join it again. It seems like such a temptation and a drag for you to join the server. Only to hate that very thing. 
It's sad that you couldn't find the joy or happiness that hundreds others have found here each and everyday. It's a shame that you don't reap the hard work of the devs and staff around here.

OYSTERS:
Oyster gathering has been added and charges shall be added as applicable:
Possession of Oysters if suspect has fresh or cooked oysters
Possession of Fried Oysters if suspect has fried oysters
If a civilian has both fried oysters and cooked/fresh oysters only charge the suspect with Possession of Fried Oysters.
CIVILIAN STRIDER:
Civilians may now purchase and use striders.
They are an illegal vehicle and shall be seized.
The driver shall be charged with Driving an Illegal Vehicle.
SHIPPING ROBBERY:
If the Shipping Robbery Vehicle has been spawned in for 3 minutes without rebels leaving the designated chop shop red zone any APD Officer may enter the driver seat of the vehicle and attempt to drive it to a safe location where a 1 minute all clear must be observed prior to seizing.

there should be a thing that if cops fall in the prison all the prisoners can start shanking them without a cooldown.This will also be better for roleplay

the event is meant to be challenging, not a roblox tycoon. The purpose of the Federal reserve is to be an end game event where groups of rebels fight the APD for that delicious mullah. Not about grabbing some gold bars and hoping the cops are too busy to arrive immediately.
The event should have a evidence lockup style disable systems before domes could be broken into. something around 4-5 minutes should allow for the federal reserve to become what it is supposed to be.

No, its been reworked already and is intended for large groups with the largest reward of any federal event.

If you haven't seen more than one in over 6 months you need to play more

Actual APD problems and solutions:
Cadets learn degenerate policing practices from Constables through strict half-ticketing, insta-seizing, and lack of roleplay. Only "higher-ups" should be able to take on cadets. Activity for higher-ups should be on a weekly basis with exceptions due to extenuating circumstances to prevent that end-of-month rush Interviews/Ride-alongs should be scheduled. To disincentive officers offering lower tickets, payouts should be of the full amount (pre-ticket) Lack of incentive to protect civs in large populated towns due to too much federal event spam and inability to gain control of situations. Decrease federal event spam and increase fire-power of officers (Constable Carrier-lights for example).
