  1. Actual APD problems and solutions:

    • Cadets learn degenerate policing practices from Constables through strict half-ticketing, insta-seizing, and lack of roleplay. Only "higher-ups" should be able to take on cadets.
    • Activity for higher-ups should be on a weekly basis with exceptions due to extenuating circumstances to prevent that end-of-month rush
    • Interviews/Ride-alongs should be scheduled.
    • To disincentive officers offering lower tickets, payouts should be of the full amount (pre-ticket)
    • Lack of incentive to protect civs in large populated towns due to too much federal event spam and inability to gain control of situations. Decrease federal event spam and increase fire-power of officers (Constable Carrier-lights for example).
Qtipp, Bandit, Invictus and 5 others like this
  2. Asylum should financially sponsor a gang, lead by players who are keen on teaching new players the game, in order to lower the learning curve of the server to fresh players. A large shortfall of Asylum, along with other servers, is a failure to integrate players into the server. This is a result of having an awful time in Kavala (Probably move it as the last option on the spawn menu) or being robbed/killed during what poor money-making method they are using.

    Financial Sponsorship Usage:

    • Purchasing of money-making supplies for new players (Wreck excavators)
    • Funds for purchasing licenses
    • Distribution of vehicles, boats, or trucks for money-making

The obvious thing should be that this isn't to buy end-game money making supplies (tempests/hemmits/etc). As well, this wouldn't be to teach end-game money making methods. Rather, it would be to teach players diamond mining or wreck excavating for example. This would give a jump start to those players who are keen on learning. This would require oversight to ensure that money isn't being abused.

A gang of players who can guide new players on the right path should prove beneficial to the population of the server and overall size of the community.

    who tf are you

I know you've been skipping school to play Arma. I think that this might help you get up to speed on how to use your computer to do simple things, like not make multiple posts or take screenshots: https://www.udemy.com/course/basic-computer-class-for-beginners/

Less Money actually. seeing how once its implemented I will be following a report of your Admin "Friend" who tells you about the base price houses available. And yes i already have many witnesses and they all have recordings of you saying so. But enough about your future Admins Ban and yours lets talk about the Update. I've already spoke with some people about making it so one person can own a shed at a time. making the Hogging go down by a mere 38%. If you'd like to know more about the Ban i will be reporting you can msg me on discord.

Sounds like someone is mad that they don't have the social skills to have friends.

I'll save you the time making the report by telling you the outcome:

    No Action Taken.

If you try to get a different result, then you're just gonna earn a ban for fabricating evidence.

its been 10k for a while now, it auto messages players after 5 min to press escape and open the wiki, reading is boring, some get rdm'd and leave before that happens

Can we add a talent wall behind purchasing a firearms license? Call it "Lock-n-loaded" or something in order to prevent new players from immediately getting a gun to mass RDM.

  6. There has been an influx of new players and a lot of "how do you do X?" or "how do you make money?" questions going around. Although the wiki does exist, most new players cannot seem to locate such a resource. I understand that there has been a wait to roll out the entire quest system but is it possible to introduce a handful of quests for these new players to set them on the right path?

Also, can the amount of starting money increase so that players have enough to get a couple cars and a gun or two? My understanding is the starting money is $1000 right now. Could that be raised to $5000?

Although this will counter my last suggestion, to decrease the amount of RDM, could the price of a firearms license exceed the amount of starting money?
