    Add the ability to source a vehicle from chop shop. It would work as the following: 
    You source a vehicle from chop by interacting with the main NPC. The game should randomly spawn a vehicle somewhere on the map that is in one of 3 ranges. Low Tier, Mid Tier and High Tier. The objective is to obviously get the sourced vehicle back to chop shop in a certain amount of time. There should be a bonus amount of money you get for delivering the vehicle in a "bonus time pay" amount of time. The ranges prices should go as follows. 
    Low Tier - 10k/ 15k if time bonus is completed - Vehicles: Offroad/hatchback
    Mid Tier - 20k/ 25k if time bonus is completed - Vehicles: Sports Hatch/qilin/prowler
    High Tier 30k/ 40k if time bonus is completed - Vehicles: Hunter/Ifrit/
    The vehicles should spawn locked so other players that happen to stumble upon the vehicle cannot instantly get in and drive away with the car. This could give you the option to add a "shop" to chop that sells lockpicks so people sourcing the cars can actually break into them and steal them. Though this part is sort of mixed as do we really want people being able to buy lockpicks from chop? This suggestion can go without it if another resolution isn't found
    If another player finds the car and breaks into it they should be notified that it's a sourced car and that they should take it to the nearest chop shop.
    The vehicles should spawn with a tracker so the player can easily track it as it makes sense for an illicit business such as the chop shop to hide trackers on vehicles they want. 
    Once the player has the vehicle the APD should be notified by an "informant" that someone has stolen a sourced vehicle in a city/location and is on the move. The APD should be notified of the city/location the type of vehicle was taken from but nothing else sort of like Drug runner planes. The APD's objective is to seize the vehicle if they find it and they will get a flat pay of the vehicle they seize so if its low tier 10k mid tier 20k etc. 
    An interesting idea to maybe add to this is add rewardable skins to the source able vehicles. so if a vehicle spawns with a skin and that person chops it / APD officer seizes it they unlock the ability to use that skin on their own vehicles.

    I mean if you think about it, the economy is so inflated and rebels can afford 7.62 24/7. Back in the day when the cop loadouts were “imagined” you were considered a rich mother fucker if you could afford 7.62 all the time so it was balanced.
     
    Maybe it’s time for a change and we can push carrier lites a rank down as well to offset this. You don’t think if the crime rate goes up in a country the police equipment doesn’t either?

    Bad idea, for the same reason reports should get nothing more than action or no action taken.  The point of the report system isnt to shame people and start vengeful report wars, its to encourage people to understand the server rules. Woohoo I got someone put in internet jail because they ALT+F4 in my restraints and got a 1 day ban!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel accomplished on the 8 year old arma 3 roleplay game

    urs is a small compound on top of a hill that people have to push. The people pushing will get mowed down from people on top of tower as hitting the top of ifrit glass pretty much makes it so that 7.62 goes straight through it. plus there is no cover around the flag. you have to push a compound where there isn't really a way to flank or snipe people in the tower / deerstands. super one sided for the defenders.

    Updated (7/22/22)   I Re-Organized many pieces of "Wong Triad 2" to further reduce people complaining about their OCD, I also rearranged all of the buildings, replaced one with a Altis version of a broken two story building and added a area of wooden planks as they are very fun and proven to be efficient to fight at. I also filled in the empty area with a plane crash and moved some small house ruins around the flag.   -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------   Upon examining peoples opinions about cartels, I hereby present, the NEW AND IMPROVED ASYLUM CARTELS Many people dislike the fact that the Cartels are spread around the entire map, and some even too far to even be enjoyable fighting.  Although mostly everyone want to keep Drug Cartel, and Arms the same, Oil Cartel and Wong Triad most definitely need a change. All Cartels have been THOROUGHLY thought out and TESTED to make sure it will be a fun experience for all, and for balancing purposes, and can always be updated in the future.   They look very good in game I promise and they don't drop ur fps to 3 because I made sure to use not too many pieces while also making sure it actually looks decent. Here are the map locations for the new Cartels:   Wong Triad No one likes towers, which is why North Wongs first sucked, but now, it still sucks because of how far and useless it is. That is why North Wongs should be moved and re-worked. Also, Construction wongs, is a construction building with some of the best looking houses in Altis, why is that a Cartel? Also, who the fuck likes fighting in construction.   Also, many people might dislike the fact the Wong Triad 1 concept is placed on Admin Island, however, the fact it is placed on an Island gives a very unique experience to the playstyle, and will introduce new tactics on how to attack or defend the cartel, may even Sling Load a Ifrit with a taru, Orca drop, boat / submarine push, and more.   Wong Triad 2 Concept: Wong Triad 1 Concept:
        Oil Cartel Oil Rig looks nothing like an oil rig, and the factory is just no.   Oil Rig includes many ways of pushing onto different levels, and a spot for an airshop, and boat shop, also has no issues with Oil Barrel running, if anyone even does that anymore.   Oil Cartel 1 / Oil Rig Concept:

    I think this idea needs a whole lot of work. I can picture it now, thousands of money printers going off at 3am in every corner of the map.

    Might be better served as an Admin event/random event. But no im not adding a "Money printer go brr" to the game
