    You have access to way more stuff these days. You used to need a talent point to use suicide vests, 7.62's, and like 4 talent points for bloodbags, defibs and pulling dead people out of vehicles

    So, In your mind the rebel fortress currently only favors "a few of the elites". How exactly would following your own suggestion of adding "unique gear shop to it.  Pilot Helmets, turtle nvgs, zafir/rpk" aka better guns and armor help the majority of the player base and not add even more favor to the "elites"?

    After accruing 200k in honor that cannot be use, I'd like to suggest making the excess honor a 1:1 ratio.  For every 1 honor earned, it could be traded in for 1$ increase towards increasing bounty cash cap, max 500k cap? *** So for example, I have 200k in unused honor that can be redeemed to increase my bounty cash cap by 200,000 ***
    Add the Promet 6.5mm and ability to buy lethals & lethals for Spars (for those with Apex Predator unlocked) MXM for BHs with X amount of honor or a quest? Add the 4-Five (green or tan variant) to rebels. (does not make sense as to why only LTs+ have this) Ghosthawk or Huron for rebels....for the right price that is Adjust the damage value for RPGs (I hit the same mowhawk 2x with a shell and all it sustained was red rotor and fuel) Spar LMG for rebels  Black light-combat helmet
