Regarding being able to hide (very few...) details on your profile.
This feature has been given to Donor 7+ and Donor 9+ to limit access as we do not know the impact. It hasn't been fully decided if it will be kept or become a feature in the future.
You can still see players in their gang lists and on leaderboards even if they choose to hide them.

Anyone who purchased the credit bundles below from May 1st 2021 - July 1st 2021 (Before the new update) will receive free gold to their account in the upcoming weeks. You do not need to make a support ticket.
Each $24 Credit Bundle bought you will be given 400 gold.
Each $60 Credit Bundle bought you will be given 850 gold.
