2 copter drones at a redzone. (you don't have to have the drone within the red circle if you're high enough)
I'll expand on this part a bit.
I know I've pulled a drone a couple times and I go to have it follow one of my officers in pursuit of something, and they end up dying so the drone just stops and then I get side tracked and don't end up re-tracking the drone so it just stays stationary.
I can guarantee you that nobody is using drones to patrol illegal areas. It may look like it at times with the above situation I mentioned, but it's just not happening. Nobody is sitting on their drones looking down with the turret at illegal areas.
We could probably take better steps to make sure they're not stopped near redzones when the drones aren't in use.
If you do ever find that there are drones above the red zone you're at and cops end up strolling in, record it and report it for sure in Internal Affairs.

Kavala. I'm confused as to why this is even debated. Athira is way too small to be a main city. I understand that it's centralized, but activities can be balanced around how far away from Kavala they are.

Good idea. Cops can choose to just seize the illegal contraband into the nearest HQ if they want, as normal, but allows the cops to start a federal event to be able to make more money from a larger bust. Instead of the money being split amongst cops within a 2k radius, all cops would get the full amount of the illegal contraband seized per cop. Very unique idea and gives the cops a federal event for once.

I've just had issues with nametags in general. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I can spend almost a minute trying to get someone's name, especially while in a vehicle, and it just never pops up.

That sounds to OP. Spawning across the bridge next to the garage and a house for protection to start potentially sniping.
If the cops are needing to get out of the prison, that means the rebels in the prison are already getting sniped anyways

Being loyal and not leaving the server isn't a good basis for eligibility of moderating the server. Things like past bans, maturity, being known, understanding of server rules, and most importantly your interactions towards any and all players on the server without bias. Playing on the server and "being loyal" is probably one of the smaller aspects of it.
QuoteBut yeah let's promote the ex-captain whos been back for 3 months
Moderator applications are open quite often. Even if said person has only been back for 3 months, I'm sure they're very well known and have an extremely positive track record. They wouldn't have much to prove from themselves to be a trusting member of the Asylum admin team. Even if that person is only around for a little bit and not planning to play the server for an extended period of time, the fact that they have such a positive track record, former leadership experience on the APD, and is able to be self sufficient in terms of understanding how the admin team works, they will be a much more positive choice to make.
I'm not saying that the two names you mentioned wouldn't have been a good fit, but the time investment and the risk doesn't outweigh the benefit they would be to the admin team. From what you're saying, you're almost portraying the moderator or admin position as a reward and a toy.

I mean think about this 11 cops spawning in the lockup twice and then they can respawn at the police hq and come back again and we need to hold them off for at least 90m to sell the drugs. I understand that the loot is realy good but 11cops its too many....
I think there's a bit of a misunderstanding on the balancing here, in my opinion. Out of those 11 cops, how many have a 7.62? Probably 2-3, at best. They're going to be vastly less powerful than your group of (hopefully) 8+ players. You're going to have so many tools at your disposal. The APD has policy that needs to be followed, on top of 95% of the force only having access to 6.5mm weaponry. It's a balancing act, you need to look past the numbers.

Should bounty hunter licenses be able to be removed by the APD for the entire server restart?
Yes.

BH changes might be okay. If they are more balanced then please for the love of God can we re-enable relogging for bounties/GREATLY reducing the time required to drop a bounty. Sorry, no matter what you do, I will not go across the map to catch someone who I know to be in a big ass group.
It would be okay, but cops don't RP and hardly anyone gets in trouble for robocopping. I recommend just pressing plates because 90% of cops are absolutely fucking retarded.
But turning yourself in is automatically a 50% reduction. Even if you get “robocopped” it’s still a lot cheaper than paying it off in full, no? Still a benefit. I fail to see the downside here.

removing lethals
Lethals weren't removed. The pardon from it was. If you want to clear your bounty, turn yourself into a cop (for a starting 50% reduction), or go to the courthouse and pay it off in full or turn yourself into jail to clear it for free. It's a small change for a large part of the community. This mostly affects players who abused unreachable locations for free pardons. The overblown complaining is entirely unreasonable.

How many man hours went into removing bounty hunter from city's and making it so people who enjoy playing the server for the bounty hunter aspect are fucked for up to 3 hours if they get caught doing something bad with a bounty hunter weapon?
"People who enjoy playing the server for the bounty hunter aspect" typically aren't the ones this update would affect in the first place.
