I'm already guaranteed to go to jail under the current system. I'm asking for the option to spend the same amount of time I would spend in jail to pay off my bounty in other ways than pressing plates (In this case, roleplay). You're guilty of a naturalistic fallacy. Just because going to jail is inevitable under the current system doesn't mean it should be, especially if the current system is less fun.

You're right, you're the expert on what I find fun. See, you're incredibly thick because you don't even understand your own position. I'm not arguing for the removal of prison as a means to dispel a bounty. I'm arguing for an additional, parallel alternative so as to provide an alternative to people who don't find the prison fun. Which is ironic, because that was the original intention behind tickets. I think you're just one of those people who disagrees for the sake of disagreeing. You don't do it well.

You're commenting on a thread talking about reworking standard ticket prices to match the time spent in prison, and don't know the time spent in prison. Whether you're arguing for or against me, that's an untenable and precarious position to find yourself in.

This is not an argument, nor an explanation. It failed to even attempt to address my refutation to your initial quote. It's what we call a word salad.

This is what I've taken to calling the Recognition fallacy, or the Acknowledgement fallacy. It's quite a common fail in moral reasoning. Its when a subject attempts to rationalize away an obvious unethical or undesirable action they've committed as A-moral (not immoral) by acknowledging they did it. As an example, it goes something like "Well, yes, I killed the woman. But you see, it's really not all that bad because at least I recognize that I killed her. There are some murderers out there who don't even realize they are murderers!" Sorry bud, that's not a defense for you being an asshole.

Do you want a medal? I do the same thing. That's not required under either the current system, or under my proposed system. This is not a refutation to my suggestion, nor a refutation to my refutations. Therefore, it is irrelevant.

Congratulations. You have been promoted to “Most Insufferable Person on the Forums”

Yeah these stats are definitely off. The concept is extremely clean and nice but it says I only have about 100 hours logged on cop (when I had 49.5 hours last month) and that I joined on 8/15/2019 and last time  I checked, I joined in January of 2018.

Other than the stats this is extremely nice though.

All stats are since the release of V2

In a situation like the one above, it could simply say "Action taken:First infraction, cadet spoken to"

The issue with this is that it isn't any of your business. Just like how it isn't announced when people get banned for a few days, the admin reviewing the report makes a decision and informs you of it. If the report says "Action taken," you know that the issue was bad enough to warrant punishment, and if it wasn't it wasn't. Neither outcome will affect you in any way.
