Parole - Less than 100k bounty can get parole. After a hour of no crimes he gets pardoned automatically. If he breaks this rule, he's shown on the map as his "ankle monitor" is going off and sent straight to jail.

It would be even interesting to add prison guards to the system. But I think it would only be reasonable to allow it if the server is full. If the server's full a few positions pop up and people can be prison guards.
Lastly this would allow some new potential events such as Prisoner Escort Event. Think about the movie SWAT. OR a more elaborate prison escape where the prisoner has to perform a series of events/task based of chance to get out. Sorta like no pixel when they get the shank out of the toilet, RP a cop and hold the up. The process can be creative.
Now this would be cool but would create another federal event cops would need to respond to. Maybe we just redesign/buff the old prison instead.

Cop numbers have been dwindling because of the fed event spam so hopefully this fixes it.

tl'dr: I don't think a wipe is gonna have any significant impact at all apart from lower playercount even more, unless it comes with significant update or set of updates that entices people to come back and start again. Also unbanning cheaters comes across as really desperate, but that's a whole other argument 🙃
Yes people will get millions sooner or later, that's expected. However a wipe allows us to completely revamp the economy to keep this from happening so soon, wipe passive money making all together, and get rid of all the "stale" cash and houses being held by inactive players, etc etc.
If you want the truth, in my opinion a wipe would allow the server to recover from the ungodly amount of cash Slick pumped into the economy. The economy was stable until his patches. It's like clipping a dead limb off of a flower just for it to grow back healthier. Think of it that way mr @Michael L

Pretty much this. They can take your gun at any point. Only issue was the charge. Which quite honestly, looked like a miscommunication.
I'm also being told the charge was removed right after after the video cut, and you were let go. If this is true, failing to provide this info in any IA will void the entire thing basically since your providing false evidence.
